The chat support when I don't know how to operate is very kind and polite. It's a highly customizable app, and very powerful. I have high hopes for an increase in customer spending in the future.

Excellent app that works exactly as advertised. Not all of them on Shopify do. Their support is also excellent. They jump in and help you very quickly and ensure you get it set up and it is doing what you want and putting in front of your users what you want them to see. Look and feel is easy to adjust to makes it consistent with your site. There are also a lot of options for you, which is very nice. I can highly recommend this app.

I just started to use Wiser, but what really amazed me, was the support! I had some problems with the set up process and the recommendations were not visible on my store, but Vishal from the support team fixed my problem within 10 mins! So much appreciated! Thank you! That´s a great start! Can´t wait to see the customer feedback!

At first its a little hard to understand but once you get the grip on it, is really good. Would recommend for simple designs and small stores.

Well in the last 24 hours i have tried around 20 different apps none of them were user friendly or fulfilled my needs. Not only was this user friendly but they quick to respond and delivered my customization in less than 20 mins of downloading the app. This company do not ask you to write a review BEFORE you have tried their product. Unlike many others!

Hasti was very helpful and prompt in replies. She work really fast and got my app setup and customised within minutes. Overall, the app works for me.

It's a great tool if you're just starting out and looking for an affordable solution to help you boost sales - although I think capabilities are a bit limited, it makes sense considering their pricing. Nonetheless, Parth has been truly helpful. Hasti jumped in at the beginning as well, doing an awesome job. Definitely recommend for small to medium websites.

Spent a lot of time installing the app and setup. The app resulted in the theme store malfunctioning, had to reinstall. They couldn't troubleshoot

Wiser works really well, it has the ability to deliver relevant and personalized recommendations to customers, based on AI and you can also do it manually.
