Great app overall. Works exactly as it should. Ankit & the team are as reactive and helpful as they possibly could be, and provide a high degree of customization to style their widget seamlessly with your store look and feel. Definitely recommended.

The app is great, with its simple and clean widgets and have a lot of features to offer. From a functional standpoint, I have no complaints. However, customer service response times were quite long, though to their credit, they did eventually resolve my issue. Given that it was Christmas, I'm hoping this was a one-time occurrence.

I have generated a huge amount of sales & cross-sell with this app. The customer service is fantastic & they make sure you are happy with the way your store looks & that the app is functioning correctly. I have tried pretty much all cross sell & recommendations app & this one works best!

Quick and efficient.

Wiser is a great app that allows for perfect seamless styling. Other cross-selling apps aren't as customizable which inhibits a consistent user interface. The team is very willing to help you every step of the way and are excellent at keeping in touch for any issues/help. Very happy to be using Wiser!

I was assisted by Ankut and I have to say that it helped me in so many things by making the widgets just the way I wanted. I recommend to everyone this app that allows you to upsell and cross sell of any kind

truly excellent and fast customer service, the app is rather amazing as well.

The app is ok, not very well laid out and quite confusing to use but it's manageable. The real issue is the pricing. In September our store had over 300 sales the Wiser app charged us their top tier of $69 even though the Wiser app only referred 16 of those 300 sales (it's worth noting these were upsells to existing orders). I don't believe it is made very clear that the charging is based on your store's total orders even if the Wiser app helps you make zero additional sales. They take a flat fee from your stores earnings even if they add zero value. I asked support for a refund 3 times by explaining the above. I have not yet had a refund. They suggested they would help setup the app further to use more of the widgets and if I wasn't happy I could then have a refund. The logic here is already broken. I'm very happy to pay for the sales their app produces and even a base fee as well but not share revenue that they have not played any part in. Think carefully about how scaleable an option this will be for your store.

I've recently installed this app, and the team was super available to explain me how it works and to help me set it up. I've tried other apps and this one is the most flexible one; and actually the only one that can do exactly what I was looking for. I do recommend Wiser.

I tried to use Shopifys own product 'Search and Discovery'. I couldn't get on with it at all and searched for a replacement. This worked straight out of the box. A Simple toggle switch and I had the Recommended pictures and 'click' now button working directly below my product page using AI to automate the photos. Only used for a few days, so still experimenting, but all looks really good so far. Clearly they are also working really hard on customer service, with the offer to install widget for you, give phone advice and to guide you through all procedures. Can't ask for anything more.

Highly recommended app and support team! We run a small store and have been working on a redesign and needed a good app that could handle cross-sells, up-sells both on the item detail pages as well as in cart and post sale. Wiser does it all. We wanted to have the AI functionality in addition to being able to manually control option suggestions on products. The Wiser team was a great help in getting everything set up, working with our developer and with me to set everything up and do a bulk upload for all options on all products.

Wiser is an indispensable tool for any Shopify store. The inclusion of product recommendations on each page significantly contributes to the upsell factor, which in turn translates to increased sales. We would like to express our gratitude to Ankit for providing exceptional customer service. Their assistance in the installation of this tool was beyond our expectations, and we are truly appreciative of their efforts.

Not only so happy with the app- we were able to set the settings to match our aesthetic, but I reached out to the company and was able to get them to custom code an element we needed. 5 stars, couldn't be happier!!
