This app was so easy to set up that I kept anticipating something difficult around the corner, but that never happened! This app is clean, simple and enormously user-friendly!

I've been looking for an app that can create a floating tab on my future online store that contains FAQ and Live Chat for a long long time and I'm so surprised to find out about Willdesk. It literally has everything I needed and I can personalize it so easily!! I was going to wait for like a day or two to hear back from their team but NO, I received professional help from Shermelia right away and she was so patient and amazing!! Only hope this Live Chat can be connected to Facebook Messenger one day as most of my loyal customers are on it instead of WhatsApp. Keep up the great work and I have faith in your team to make this app even more amazing in the future!!

Great app for adding a facts and questions tab to your website if needed. Easy set up, and pretty straightforward forward.

Everything is good so far. I just installed it. Hopefully I can leave another review after i receive messages from my customers

the Best chat app it is very easy to install and there re a lot of things you can do inside you must istall it

I just started using it. I was using two different apps, one for WhatsApp and another one for Shopify inbox. Now the single app can do both works and in a much better way. The app is absolutely free at this time for 500 tickets per month.

Specifically reviewing the FAQ functionality. Was working fine when I installed it and the app has undergone a major overhaul. Might work fine for other functions but FAQ is no longer managed within Shopify.

Quick response time and very friendly easy to understand and knew what she was talking about, would reccomend

I was debating if I should download a FAQ App due to a really poor experience I had in the past with a completely different app BUT THIS IS AWESOME such a great app and so easy to add in FAQ's which for my business is actually essential. THANK YOU SO MUCH
