WIGZO Marketing Automation suite is one of the best products we have come across in search for a marketing automation tool. It has been consistently performing really well for us and has all the tools necessary to manage all your communications. Not only is the product very easy to use and understand, they also constantly add new features to help us reach out to our customers more effectively and with greater results. Along with the product, Uday from the Customer Success team has been very hands on with round the clock support not only for the product, but also helping us in effectively strategizing our campaigns as well. Great job WIGZO team (Specially Mr. Uday & Mr. Joy) and I highly recommend this product to all E-commerce platforms. Keep up the great work!!!

Wigzo is one stop integrated solution for sms, push , email all together . So far we are happy with the value it has added and the performance it has delivered for us and the support they provided in setting up is amazing . Uday from the customer success team has been very cooperative and has good knowledge about the industry and the implementations. The best thing I liked was the flexibility to adapt the clients requirements and going out of the box to help us achieve the goals . Good job guys keep going

this app is really so powerful app , their team are one of the most professional team I have ever dealt with , when I used it , by utilizing their add on's the roas is 20x against the monthly costs, they support you , as much as they could to boost your sales , I am very satisfied from the service.

Great experience with Wigzo - for an ecommerce brand looking for an intelligent & economical CRM solution, it's a strong fit. Their 2 strengths are that (1) it's a one stop solution for multiple channels - email, sms, web push, onsite, whatsapp. instead of having to use individual apps for each channel (2) their customer support - Parth & team - are very responsive and handholded us to make the most of their platform capabilities.

We started using Wigzo 3 months ago now. It has been a blessing with reduced clutter and better performance . I like that (1) it is one app for all retargeting efforts. We used to use Omnisend for email marketing, Pushowl for Push notifications, another two apps for whatsapp and smses. All these apps used to be expensive and one sale was being counted by all. (2) Has a solid support team for any concerns

True All in one marketing solution. I was able to launch email, sms, browser push, on-site marketing all through one App. The team treated me like an enterprise brand in helping me get things setup. The drag and drop builder that helps you setup quick automations so that you can generate sales on autopilot! Would highly recommend.

Great app and excellent service!!! We were looking at Postscript and others for SMS integration into Shopify and Gorgias. The Wigzo team went above and beyond to help us get setup and provided a personalized onboarding process. But they don't stop there. This Wigzo software is amazing! in our first 2 weeks we got over 2000 subscribers across various platforms. It was easy to add our customized logos and messaging in the backend and launch quickly. Having the ability to send out push messages to our Facebook, Web Push, Email subscribers that Wigzo brought turned into immediate sales and with their real time tracking system and analytics of your traffic you get instant results. Would recommend Wigzo to any business that's looking to get the most out of their web traffic!
