The customer service is great. They were really helpful with all my problems. I think the app is not working very well and it also has mistakes sometimes, but at the end, we fixed all the problems with customer service. So, I would recommend this app :)

i have used this app multi country pricing and it was great to use this app and the support team are also great. it can be more better and more easy in the future. over all i loved this app and its very user friendly too

For me was a little bittle complicated to install, but the support was very helpful and now we are using the software.

the customer service was a meh. They asked me to remove my color swatch feature on collection page and related product feature on product page. $29 a month but I need to remove my features? are you kidding me? And you cannot really set your own price. It auto change the price with exchange rate. The 3 stars are for their support, been helping me, taking 2 stars off for the app and not be able to compatible with the features

I had an issue with the currency not showing correctly in the collection view on my website. I wrote to them via chat and they responded within minutes and solved my issue in about 20 minutes! I 100% recommend using this app just by the response time of their customer service alone!

The app has many bugs. I was not happy with the customer service at all. Half of my products were unsynced. I felt like a BETA tester. I received a refund at the end.

Fast reply from customer support. It does support multi country-currency conversion which is useful more most shops. Though it does not support manual pricing without converting with currency exchange rate.

This App ticks all the boxes for what we need. I did experience a coding bug to my themes prices and how they visually appeared on my site due to the app but after contacting them through support chat, I was assisted by the team and all was resolved. Still in testing stage but all looks good from here :)

This is a great app!! Thank you so much for developing this and helping our business grow in other markets!! Customer service is very quick and responsive and really helps out. We would love to see the same currency at final checkout (as our market doesn`t support Shopify payments) because our clients might freak out at the end of their shopping experience with being charged another currency. However everything else is great!!!
