Excellent response to a request for assistance. I change the theme of my store and Hulk answer very well as usual!

The features provided by this app were what I was looking for, but it wasn't performing properly at first. The Hulk team jumped right in and solved the problem within 24 hours. It's great to find someone responsive to your needs in today's world, and the app is perfect for my store.

Free and helpful yay although they want a review before i even know it it works so thats ridiculous.

This app is not syncing products for more than a month, i contacted them, they told me to give them staff access, i did but nothing happened and they stopped replying as if i haven't contacted them!

Good app does what is it is supposed to, would like a option that it bulk discounts from the original price and not the already discounted price

I like FREE. This should be built into the Shopify Store already, but it is not. So serve this up! Running this to add value to bulk orders. Should work in theory

Does not seem to work if you buy different items. For example If you buy 1 Nike Pegassus you get 20% off, add a Adidas Superstar you now get 30% off the total order, add a Puma Clyde and you now get 40% off total order. That is what we are looking for, true progressive discounts.

The name of this company is Hulk. Let me tell you. They have mastered customer service. I would say their customer service is one of the top 5 in my 50 years of life. No kidding. This application works great. I'm still in the testing to make sure there are no issues but I highly recommend anything from Hulk.

didnt manage to code the table onto my store myself so reached out to the support team. they had the code put into the back end of my store so that the discount table appeared on my store in around 24 hours. great app & great customer service :)

I used this app but it only shows a table on the product page and the discount doesn't apply at all. Tried contacting support but only after exchanging few email they were able to fix the issue. Now the app is working fine.

This app was great and worked well until two weeks ago. All of a sudden it stopped working. I have been emailing the support team with little to no response. Very frustrating. It has affected our online store immensely. Update: After three weeks they were finally able to get the app working. When the app works it is excellent. When it went down, it took forever to repair. I am now concerned with the reliability if the app and the response time from the help desk. For now I am giving it another try. Hopefully that will be the end of my frustration.

I asked for a simple code tweak to fix an alignment issue this app was causing on my cart page. Support asked for way too many permissions for my liking. Why does your staff need access to my orders, customers, marketing and reports for a simple code tweak. I've requested much more detailed work from other apps and never had to give access to these sections. Worse yet, my ask for a simple explanation as to why access is needed was met with a very poor response "Our developer needs access as mentioned". Yes, ok. But why? I'm happy to change my review once a proper explanation can be made, until then I will be uninstalling, as per Shopify's advice. My simple advice to other merchants is beware.

Great app. Was easy to use and set up so that made it really convenient. I am loving the look of it, really clean!

Won't work in the latest version of Safari 12.0.3, just bounces back and forth between store admin and HulkApps. Uninstalling.

I dont know why but sometimes all of products information was totally removed and i have to resync them which costed alot of times!
