Have been pleasantly surprised with Videowise so far - integrating all of our social media content/ videos / ugc into our site. Leonardo has been very helpful with the implementation so far and is always so quick to respond and act on any questions or requests. It has been refreshing to have this level of quick, friendly, and reliable service. He is the best. I am looking forward to seeing the results Videowise will have on our business.

We are early into our Videowise partnership, but the signs have all been positive. We were able to prove that including their widgets on the home page provided a boost to conversion. Our CSM Leonardo was extremely helpful during onboarding and is a continuous source of support. We're excited to roll out Videowise in more placements across the site. Setup is easy, and the software is very user-friendly. I'd recommend their tool to any store owner looking to incorporate more UGC on their site.

Videowise has been an incredibly valuable asset to our website - in the few months we've had it installed we've noticed a jump in online interaction with customers and an increase in conversion rates and ultimately, online sales. VW is an incredible tool. From the different video widgets that can be applied across the platform, to the shoppable posts (so easy to create), to the ability to bulk upload a video across multiple product pages (such a time saver) VW does it all. The team was very helpful during the onboarding process and helping us to populate our videos.

This app is a very effective way to displays videos on your site. No only does it make them shoppable but allows many other ways to simply display videos that are very effective. Analytics allow you to see what is working and what isn't and the team goes above and beyond to help with any request you may have. Highly recommend.

The Videowise App has been a game changer for the customer experience on our website. Making the switch from YouTube to Videowise videos enables the customer to interact with the video and shop directly using product links. It's also great to be able to apply brand colors to the individual modules to create a cohesive look and feel with the rest of the web page. Great video tool for Shopify users! We started using Videowise a few months ago as we wanted to integrate video content on our website that you can buy directly from, and Videowise does just that. The platform is very user-friendly & easy to navigate, & even design. Kotryna & Leonardo have been extremely communicative throughout the entire process, helping & guiding our brand every step of the way, & gave very helpful tips as to how to make maximize video content & sales. Would highly recommend for anyone in the e-commerce world or anyone with a shop-able site!

We love using this app. It is super easy to upload videos, customize widgets and tag products. They made the process so seamless and easy. The videos play fast, not slowing down the website - incredible technology overall. The customer support is also wonderful. They are very responsive, and go above and beyond to provide a personalized support. Big thanks to our support manager, Katarina!

This app has been so useful for us in growing sales and learning exactly what approaches our customers respond well to. The videos do not slow our site down whatsoever, and are extremely easy to add to product pages to instantly boost customer engagement. The shoppable video feature has no doubt increased conversion, being able to see a use case video of the product directly from each page is such an effective tool. Very intuitive interface makes it easy for anyone to learn. Kotryna has been awesome in coaching us through setup, giving advice as to what other tools we could use (SO many useful videowise tools to explore), and is always responsive and excited to see positive progress. Could not be more happy with Videowise!

I've been beyond impressed by the capabilities of VideoWise. I've been working closely with Kotryna from the VideoWise team, who helped with all implementation, recommendations, and has been very responsive and helpful throughout the entire time.
