Initial review: 1 star - No documentation for an easy start. Update: I can now confirm the initial lack of documentation for getting started at this stage. While some bugs have occurred, the support service has proven to be very prompt and competent, resolving nearly any issue within a couple of business hours. As of now, I've successfully implemented everything I needed for my store. Based on these experiences, I'm adjusting my rating from 1 to 4 stars. I will provide further updates if my experience changes.

Did not work on our site, customer support was very slow and we had to find an alternative solution as they never got back to us.

App did not work on our theme. Reached out to customer support multiple times, very slow response times and not very helpful.

Ok, the app is very simple to use and does what you would expect. Chat support is fast and efficient.

This app helps solve a really basic problem, we can now show different descriptions based on what variant is selected. I had a little trouble setting up but Shreya was great at helping me fix the issue.

I needed some adjustments to ensure the product page was streamlined and easier to navigate. The assistance I received from the Starrapp Studio Support team was really helpful. Shreya helped me with all my issues, even when the chat said it wouldn't respond until sunday! I'm so happy this is fixed today so I can continue working on my site. When I solved my problem with the variant images using the Variant Image Automator, another issue appeared: The description wouldn't change by choosing the different variants. So I tried the Variant Description King app. First I had some troubles with setting it up but Shreya was very helpful and explained it to me and configured the app. Now it works great! Everything. Changing the variants will change the images and descriptions thanks to the apps "Variant Image Automator" and "Variant Description King". Thanks a lot Shreya!! 6 Stars!

The support on this app is nothing short of incredible. Not only did they assist in our initial setup, but also supported us in ways related to ADA compliance that were above and beyond (it isn't easy to make an accordion 508 compliant). The app itself is very effective in its purpose and does exactly what it says it does. The developers are just outstanding. As a follow up 90 days later- still going strong and StarApps is still providing outstanding support.

My theme supports whole site tabs, but I wanted product specific tabs to allow for instructions. I needed something that could change the instructions depending on the variant selected. This plugin uses hashtags and one of the headers in order to make a tab. You can edit everything inside the product description. The support team even customized the look to perfectly match my theme for me.

I absolutely love this App. We are using it for product descriptions page - and the tabs look amazingly well. All the information is now well organized in a user friendly manner both on mobile and on desktop.
