The app itself is very easy to use and is very straight forward. In the midst of using it, I ran into a couple of technical problems. So I reached out to customer service, and they were more than helpful! They spent hours and days, fixing the problems and making sure that everything's working smoothly. And now, it's one of the best apps I'm using :)

Bobby with Tech Support was professional, kind and really helpful. Give him a raise. I will look for him again when i need assistance.

Easy to set up and the virtual assistant was very helpful when I had problems during the set up. I am looking forward to seeing how many customers decide to use this feature. Other options I have looked at for setting up a subscription were very complicated, and this app took all of that stress away. I would definitely recommend, thank you :)

I just installed this app today on my shopify website. I have run a few test orders and cancellations, everything went smoothly. It was easy to install and user friendly.

The customer service was fantastic! They were always very kind and fast with all the customizations that we required. This is the subscription app that you should be looking for.

Easy setup. Support is very proactive. There are 3 layout and are fully customizable. The app works good. I activated it for some of our product. They offer customizable time range.

The app had some issues but as soon as I contacted the support team, they were more than ready to help me out and fix the issue asap. Big ups to Casa!

I was looking for an alternative to recharge and this ticks all the boxes. Can't believe it's free! It's super easy to use. I was able to set it up in like, five minutes and is super neat without any bloat unlike other subscription apps. It also has enough customisation options, so I was able to make it look exactly how I wanted and probably has the finest support. Highly Recommend!

Tried a few different subscription apps and this one was the best and easiest to use and install by far! They had great support and jumped on a call to help me straight away also. Definitely recommend.
