I am looking to replace Recharge and installed Casa Subscriptions. I was not able to get it to work and was not impressed by support - my issue was reported to development - but not fixed within timeframes promised. Nor did they communicate with me to let me know that they had an issue. Regardless of how good this app is - support is critical in the selection of any app. Note that I have moved to Seal Subscriptions and am live on this app.

We are on the free plan but pay the $3 for "Priority support and unlimited email". This was after our 14-day trial. Sometime around early November, the app no longer displays subscription discounts on the cart or at checkout. Support, while responsive, says: "Let me connect with my team and provide you with an update." This was 6 days ago.

Support helped me immediately with my problem and went above and beyond to solve it. Thank you!

Sam was terrific in setting up the subscription for our live blackworms so that our customers can receive a regular supply of blackworms for their fish.

My experience with it thus far has been very positive. My biggest heads up is if you change themes you'll need to go back in and reactivate it, even if it was working in previous themes. Customer Support has also been very friendly and helpful resolving any issues that I have had.

Very lively, fast responding customer support, helpful, and kind as well. 10/10 app that's very well designed, integrates well with any product, and is better than anything on the market so far.

There are definitely some areas of improvement Casa Subscriptions could have. I offer produce subscription boxes and my customers need to be able to add and delete additional items they would like to purchase each order. Subscription should repeat based on the delivery date, not the date they started. We should have the option to charge a customer in advance vs the day of the delivery. I modify the customers next billing date as soon as they sign up so they know when their order ill arrive, but i take the risk of not getting payment since its not paid before hand. Oh, and I am not sure if this is new or not, but I just saw there is now a 3% transaction fee. I am already paying almost 3% credit card fees and this jumps me to almost 6% in fees per transaction...

App still loading but support stayed with me from google meet with no camera or mic and finished in chat after he did research to make sure we got the information right. Great Support. Thanks

So far so good - I received a message from Shubhankar when I installed. I ran into a little hiccup which was a mistake on my part. He helped me within a matter of minutes. It was very easy to install - thankyou :)

I just installed it, and was checking it out. Almost immediately i get a whatsapp from someone from India checking on me and my installation. I'm all for support but this is a little too intrusive. I'm not even asking for help and trying to see if it's something I want. I didn't sign up for whatsapp communication.
