The app damaged my theme and there's no customer service. end up paying for a developer to fix the code. DO NOT USE

Why would someone use this app? JUST CHECK THE REVIEWS! Terrible support, no live chat, the app wont stick together discounts and will work partially.

STAY AWAY FROM!!!!! Multiple discounts wont work together, and they will bait you with the $9 but charges you so much more hidden charges!! DO NOT USE

We've been using this Ultimate Special Offers for some years now and have not encountered any problems yet. It is perfect for providing special offers to your customers and truly helps deliver more revenue for your store. Moreover, their support team is great and very responsive! Highly recommend. ** HAVING ISSUES WITH BFCM and no one is around to help! App is not working correctly on the busiest days of the year. loosing sales fast. highly frustrated! I do love this app and have had it for several months now. While it is a great app, it does have its problems. The app creates bundles and helps with up sells, which is always a plus, but the issues lie with coding, and unless you are an expert it can be hard to maneuver. If you use bundling or Buy X and Get Y settings, you loose money because it takes the discounts from the highest cost product, not the lowest. The Free Gifts are slow to pop up causing the customer to become irritated and abandon cart. While customer service is helpful the problems have not been resolved as of yet. I have been told it is a work and progress and they are aware, but no eta. For the money I am paying for the app, these should not be an issue. Meanwhile I will continue to loose profit and customers. Looking for a new app to replace this one now. Will see which one happens first, the fix or new app.

very happy. great app. like the new changes/features that have been added over the years like different USO sale/discount types.

I've had this installed for a couple of years and it works great. If I have any problems, the support team gets back to me instantly and fixes the issue ASAP. This reassurance alone is worth the cost.

This app help us a lot in setting up bundle promotion. Technical support was very helpful and manage to fix my problem.

Pixel Union has always had great support for their apps. The special offers functionality has created entirely new unique revenue possibilities for us due to Shopify's extremely limited discounting options. We've used Special Offers for 3 or 4 years now and never ran into major issues. There are a few nuances to the way we utilize the offers, but have always found ways to work around them. I would recommend both this app and the PU team.
