I just deactivated and deleted the app, however my product pages show an error 404 PRODUCT NOT FOUND. need assistance please. I have an update from Twik and the solution has been properly corrected. Thanks to Roi and Michael for their expertise and the assistance. They both really get to the bottom of things. Twik is now installed back onto my online Shopify store. They reassured me that if it happens again to reach back out. So far so good. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again Roi and Michael for top notch services and solutions.

At first it was a bit of a mess for myself but after a quick chat with the people at Twik they were able to resolve my issues and set my twik application up. Highly recommend the team down there as they're more than happy to help out as much as possible. Appreciate the compensation as well Thank you so much!

All are a joke. I have lost the trust. I am not finding any button to unsubscribe and all months they are continuously charging me. It is just a scam, too bad, sorry. I am asking a refund of all money they have taken from me. PLEASE REFUND ME ALL

Hey my store contain lots of SKUs in my store as for different products and customize products. Therefor an app like Twik helps my users to find the products they like and navigate better

I'm working with Twik for a couple of days and already got good feedback from my clients as they could find the products they wanted faster. I'm a brand selling several electricity vendors and selling hundreds of SKUs and Twik made the difference

Now a day's most aps you use are not managed or updated. It's good to know that there are people out there that still take the time out of their day to reach out and make things right. JUST NOT WORKS . THAT PEOPLE CHARGE ME 7 MONTHS THAT RUBISH SERVICE WHEN I M CONTACT COSTUMER SERVICE BEAFORE END THE FIRST MONTH TO STOP THAT SERVICE ON MY STORE . THAT PEOPLE CHARGE 6 MONTHS EXTRA AND I M JUST NOTICE NOW . POOOR REALLY POOR . I M WANT MY MONEY BACK

I highly recommend this app . Its great app and it helps boosting the revenue. Lovely people to talk to when having a inquiry.

Didn't seem to help much, so I ended the free trial. I would recommend another source of marketing to pull in customers

I downloaded Twik one month ago. I promoted my website via social and got great results with their tool. I used the automations personalized product catalog and currency localization. Thank you for helping increase my store sales

Besides personalizing the shopping experience on my site, your dashboard allows me to monitor the store and customers. Excellent product! Simple and easy to use! Happy I found it.

My experience with this app is not worth the price you want to pay for it every month. This application has been running in my store for a month and has not helped in any way to increase sales, you should change your ad and not let other users be misled.

Recently installed twik and so far the experience is good. Great staff members if you need any help or clarification they respond quickly. Thank you Twik team.

We absolutely love TWIK! Talk about an app that WORKS & pays for itself! We've had the TWIK app plugged into our Shopify site for over a year now and the results speak for themselves. I've been using this app for a few months now. Do doubt, the best I have encountered regarding its purpose: customers do see the categories sorted in a customized way, and ATC's CTR has increased significantly! I am able to monitor my shop's performance and manage it better! Thank you! great job!

I installed the app on July 28 2022 and so far I have not seen any sales. I dont think this app will deliver the sales it promises and am unlikely to go beyond the free trial stage.

Twik continuously helps us increase our sales and conversion rates, and there not many more important numbers than these. Their dashboard and data are very easy to understand, and the implementation is also easy and seamless. I really recommend Twik since it seems it's a "One of a kind" app.

Loving the app- works seamlessly and we've been seeing a 30% increase in sales since using it. It really is 'plug & play'- the app does it all on its own! Customer support is very responsive and friendly.

I’m not pleased with my experience with twik and have contacted support for a refund app states I was charged for something I did not approve or sign up for . I have requested a refund and want confirmation my subscription I never asked for was canceled twik did not work for my account and I would appreciate some type of communication from support soon . Please and Thank you
