I've used another chat app before that I was very happy with when I ran my craft store. I decided to try something a little different this time with my jewelry store and I am so glad that I did! This is the perfect Live Chat app I had been looking. The fact that there is a mobile app is just brilliant. We can respond quickly and easily to our customers and visitors. The support is also really great. Matt was really quick with his responses for my queries. Love it!

So far so good. No complaints. I like the push notifications to my phone so I can answer no matter where I am to stay on top of customer service. Had the trail for a week or two. Decided to stick to the basic plan until I feel the need to upgrade to the Pro once I get more traffic.

OHMGSH! There are alot of apps that I download and then delete because they are not compatible with what I am looking for, but this app is everything I need! I take soooo many custom orders that my customers are always needing to message me and now it's even easier! Thanks for offering this and I hope you all make more like it! BTW never a problem or crash with the app!

Great app to communicate with customers. Gives you a lot of helpful information about the customer (location, cart, etc.) and is customisable to a great extent. Unfortunately, some features just turn off when the free trial period is over without knowing that they will (we thought only the number of admins will go down to one).

Love it! Just wished there was a noise that i could add the the chat that was louder? other than that fantastic.

So far so good. The app was super easy to install and we are off to the races now - within minutes. Customer service also seems helpful as they already checked in with us.
