The customer service if you want to call it was horrible and rude. Your Ai chatbot was never helpful in giving me the necessary answers. I had to redo my settings at least 2 times, and they were not sticking despite your chatbot telling me to hit the save button (duh). Nothing would refresh or update, not even my updated subscription. You are nickel and diming everyone for every single person that shows up on the website, making this WAY more expensive than it shows on the Shopify App page, which, to me, is a bait and switch. There are lots of gadgets, but can't even get the basics right. It's crazy how you could put time into this and then not deliver on the customer service and basic updating of subscription service and settings and then charge and arm and a leg.

Wow, i am flabbergasted, this is more as other apps deliver, everything to setup an helpdesk, own email, own osx desktop app, ios app. First app that is really worth some money.

Best customer support app on Shopify! Best value for the price and and even the free option (Until you grow your brand) has many useful features. So many options and the team continues to add to the app!

You guys are all great - always there when I need you and super helpful. The Tidio chat app has been really beneficial for our business as our customers always have a lot of questions or can be a little shy and like to stay anonymous. It's also perfect for capturing leads while we sleep with the auto-bot. Really love how user-friendly and intuitive it is and have thoroughly enjoyed creating automations. I had a bad experience with Tidio. Lost days to try to solve email forwarding and domain problem not completely solved so at the end I give up! The guys from the customer service are nice I think a "customer service app" should have personnel from customer support available 24/7. Lucky that store was not running yet! Sorry guys, tell the owner/s to invest some more on improving this app which could be a nice app!
