They have quick support and are willing to help. They are also willing to listen to suggestions so they can improve. The app is working great in my store. It also offers free plan so you don't have to pay to use their app. Really great app. Recommended.

So far so good! I haven't had a ton of time to really test out all the bells and whistles yet but I haven't had any issues. Even if I did the support staff has been very attentive, making sure I know there is help if I need it. If I remember I'll come back and update this review once I have used the email capture a bit more. There are several plans to choose from including a free version. Like most apps that integrate with your site, the more automation you need or want the more service you'll need from these guys and gals. Just know that they've got your back.

The customer support is unlike no other. The customer support line immediately reached out to me to see if I needed help, and we proceeded to have a long conversation about my new shop, Tada's abilities and usefulness, and other things. Even better, the customer service's response time was extremely quick, and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this application!

I use the app to install a pop up to capture emails and give customers an immediate discount that is applied directly in their basket (no need for them to copy it). You can choose various picture for the pop up, user-freadly app. Very easy to set up and very practical! The support is the fastest and the frendliest i've seen in a while! When I just setup Tada app and settled down all the settings, it didn't pop up no matter what I tried. As soon as I almost gave up, one small screen popped up on my PC. That's Jeremy who's the developer of Tada and he spent 3 hours with me in making app work. After our hard work, finally we solved the problem. We made friends as my name is also Jeremy.
