sorry but from 5 to 3 stars, the team is very slow to react, the translation need improvement, dashboard need improvement for example i couldn't find how to translate the reviews... this bad because if you rund fb ads and no translation is there, then this will affect your sales!

When I have had an issue with a particular translation or formatting I have had a 5* response from the T Lab Support Team (Dimitar, Todor and Lina). In fact I have never had better support from any other service and I can't recommend the team highly enough.

Very good app and good customer support. I'd like to see a "search" function for the Shop Metafields instead of manually going through pages and search it manually.

Their customer support is the best among the other app developers, hands down. Whatever problem we had they answered pretty soon, and helped as much as they could. They even checked the codes of our theme, even tho it is not their task. A big thank you to Dimitri and all the others at the team! :)

T Lab ‑ AI Language Translate is a great app to work with to male your store multi-lingual and mutli-currency. I have been working with it in the last three years and I strongly recommend using it. Not only is the app simple, straigth forward and easy to use but anytime you have to contact the technical support to adapt your website the answer is quick, efficient and pleasant to read.
