Initially, I was confused about how the app works, but they have amazing chat/email support who help me clarify some things, this app is handy if you want to increase your product category and revenue without having stock in your warehouse. You can easily do dropshipping without any need to purchase products.

Fantastic customer service!! Suriyah got us up and running in no time with syncing inventory levels to one dropship supplier. We are still within our trial period but it's safe to say we will keep going with this app and upgrade to a paid plan soon. It's easy to see why this is the app of choice inventory syncing. App works well...when it loads that is. My site has been delayed because this app never loads. Everything else loads on my laptop just fine, so I know it's not my connection. Sometimes app won't load at all, other times it'll load but I can't get products to sync. Frustrating.

It's the best app ever! we use the app in our 3 stores and the way the customer service works is fantastic, everything is smooth and sync our inventory very quickly, we tried some other apps, and stock sync is the best.

My store DEPENDS ON this app for syncing my inventories! It's a phenomenal app. The customer service is superb! Highly recommend this app, I have been using this app since I started my ecommerce store in 2016! Love it!

Does the job I require it to do. Doesnt bug out and works consistently

We moved from one location to three and had to adapt our XML file to make it work, the people at StockSync gave us great support and help. Fast response time and great support, keep it up.

The application takes a little time to get started, but then it's perfect. I needed support for a bug, they are very professional and competent. Once the ticket is processed, exchanges are really very quick. You can work with it with complete confidence.

Took me about a week to get to grips with it but I am finally getting my head around it, This will save us a load of time now. Still learning the app and need to understand fully how to add products from suppliers, But at least our existing products are now synced from supplier to prevent overselling.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a response to my query which is not allowing my business to function correctly and there is absolutely zero help from Stock Sync.

Lifesaver! This app saves me so much time and so far it works fine.

it was confusing at the beginning, but i managed it well.. It took 30 mins to begin the first sync. I only use 10% of the functions of this app, but I am still satisfied. I wish the educational documents are easier to understand.. But, overall, I am very satisfied.
