Syncee is a perfect app for importing and updating stock. It does all the work for you. The support is great and very helpful. I recommend it to everybody!

We have started to upload our products to our new Shopify store manually and we realized it will be a huge work for us and started to find a solution which could automate this very time-consuming process and we found Syncee. The app is wonderful and the support is great. With their new feature, we could also automate our data-feed export process, so we can easily share our products with other merchants and grow our business.

Outstanding Service. i believe that sharing bad experience we do very often and on opposite side its not so common to share good one, but this time i do it. i experienced Today 17-10-2017 Extraordinary GOOD service and support from Syncee Imre Tarsi with setting up our account/update. if You ask why here it goes : 1. FAST - and i mean really fast, contact in few minutes 2. COMMUNICATIVE - several exchanges were done and even if i faced some IT issues, Syncee provided a way to make things done 3. OPENNES - i can imagine it can be boring for individual to solve similar issues from time to time but i experienced a real helpfull hand with Syncee and i am very gratefull for that BIG THANK YOU to Syncee Team Artur

Syncee guys are magicians! I have tried to move to a different system from a custom-built shop for 8 months ... but it did not go with the "support" of the customer service of that other system. Brutal suffering, a lot of money, a total waste of time, Brrrrrr! Then came the guys at the Syncee, they offered the Shopify platform, and they solved all my problem in few minutes! All this with a few clicks! I do not believe if I do not see it! They showed me everything and I immediately understood how it works. Well, this is magic! This is simply fantastic application. Customer service is great and always help you with questions. Very easy to use once you understand the way it works. Customer service helped me all the time and explain what I need to do. I can only recommend it.

Those guys man, they help me solve a huge problem with our catalog. In less than one hour they set it up and upload some sample products straight from our CSV file. I'm signing up for a monthly plan right now. I def recommend them. No brainer.

Just an update. Our store which has over 8000 variants for 300 plus products was a huge task to first get our products in the store to match our CSV file. Imre and the team helped us along the way through every step and our Inventory is now LIVE!!!! FIVE STARS across the board on this app and the people that make it possible. This app is amazing. And the support is right on point. This team is very hard working, quick to jump in and give you premium support, and a pleasure to work with. I spent a few months looking into solutions for syncing up our back end system with Shopify and this is the best choice BAR NONE! anything else on the app store to date is a major waste of money.

30/08/2017 12.50 : "Where is the CHAT Support ?!? Five Days already installed the app, payed the plan , but the support chat is lost... impossible to contact syncee..." 30/08/2017 12.53 : in Less of TWO minute , by mail I received contatc and at first check : by firefox the plugin chat is not loaded (my problem occours) , try by chrome et voilà ! START THE INTREPID Support... Five Start Support... now we try to solve a trouble of sync sku ;) ...stay connected!

The support team is very helpful and have quick responds. The scheduled task help us a lot to update our product list.

I was having to manually enter my store item photos one by one because the image URL files kept separating from my supplier's data feed. But with Syncee I can download my supplier's data feed and the pictures stay attached saving me a lot of time! Thank you
