This app does what it advertises but warning if you are using ReCharge app for subscription orders: this app is not compatible with ReCharge. It forces the customer to stay in Shopify's checkout instead of moving into ReCharge's and gives them a "SOLD OUT" error message on subscription products (preventing them from making the purchase). 4 stars because the app works well for one-time purchases.

The perfect "gift wrapping app" a lot of our customers been asking for a gift option. App does what it promises and works great. Simple and easy to setup and use. Support's been very responsive and helpful adapting it to our site.

This application is great to give our customers the option to have a tick box to select "I'm a gift". The customer support team was exceptional in response time and making the requested changes. One downside of the application is that customers can't simply check the tick box but there has to be another pop up, a kind of double opt in. It's really only a minor turn off and the team customised this for us so it's not that bad really. Overall highly recommend the application!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had a couple things I wanted edited and they did it all and were happy to do it. So nice! Will definitely continue to use them and see if they have any other apps I might want to use.

Update 11/28/20: Had an issue and their customer service got back to me within a couple hours (on the weekend, at that) and fixed it for me! That's awesome. Original review: After fighting with a dozen "gift wrap" and "options" apps with exorbitant price tags, this one does everything I need it to with no exhausting install. It's simple to set up, it works flawlessly, and it's $2.99/mo. Can't beat that. One suggestion for the developers: if you could allow us to exclude specific products somehow, that would be great. I dropship some POD apparel items alongside the ones we warehouse, so I added an "apparel not available for giftwrap" disclaimer on each of those products individually. Not sure how that will pan out but we don't sell a ton of apparel so hoping it doesn't become an issue.

We use this app for gift message, so far, it works well ! Our boutique is just starting so we will know more with more experience

Super easy to install! Great price. However the font size to add gift is way to small. Also in the pop up the check box options overlaps text about gift note. Looks very bad.
