Easy to use, friendly and fast response when contacting the support team. Has everything you need for gift wrapping and upselling giftbox. The App developer practically says it all. 'Effective'

Working well and the customer service (and tech support) is amazing! We're still figuring out the best way to set up the option for customers to select a gift receipt - and then how to actually print that on our end. But again, the tech support is great and I'm confident we can get this figured out soon.

Awesome app and awesome customer service! They fixed the positioning of a button to be in the exact spot needed and it was super easy to communicate with them and get the problem solved. We are very happy with this app, being able to offer a personal gift message as well as gift wrapping to our customers. And the best part is the extremely fast customer service! We recently had a small problem which was resolved within minutes of emailing them.

I've just gotten started but so far it's great and they are SUPER helpful and quick with their communication.

The app is very straightforward. It has a clean design and it is well integrated. There is room for improvements in the options/rules of the app, but it looks like it's an active development team.

So helpful in customising the app to look cohesive with my branding and quick about it! Couldn't ask for better customer service.
