The customer service you will receive is outstanding. if you have a question or query about something there is always someone there to help and answer asap. The app is developing all the time and they have just added the option to reschedule a subscription yourself rather than the customer which I think is a great feature. Highly recommend.

The app is incredibly easy to set up and get going and the customer support is impeccable. Our only "gripe" with the app is the inability to customize the customer portal to be on-brand which is incredibly important to us. Other than that, we cannot recommend using this app enough.

Nice lil' app, there is some room for improvement in the setting's UI from my point of view but it does the job really well. Plus, it's now translatable for website that have multiple languages, which is nice!

AMAZING customer service!! This app isn't easy to figure out at times, and anytime I needed a question answered, or simply reassurance knowing I was doing things correctly, I had someone answering me quickly. Even at 10 PM at night! It's nice knowing that even when you're working your small business later in the evening, someone is there to help you out, and you don't have to wait until the next day to get answers. Can't wait to launch my subscription using Subify!

I've been using Subify Subscriptions for just over a month now and it has been great. Very easy to set up and use. Best of all, their help team is great! Prompt replies and very nice people to deal with.

I just downloaded this app on to my store and so far so good! I'm not real tech savvy and I absolutely hate when I have to add coding so I was so happy that the setup process did not require much. The support team were also on point even tho the setup is easy as I stated I'm not tech savvy lol. I'm giving 4 stars for now but I think 5 stars may be on the horizon...

Just starting to use this product but so far the setup has been very easy, i setup my memberships in less than 20 minutes, the user guides and videos were helpful but the support team was so great. They were very responsive and went above and beyond. Can't wait to start making money!
