Finally a tech company that provides ACTUAL customer support! THANK YOU Vi for your help.

This is a great app, with lot of functionality, smooth and deep integration with Shopify and Klaviyo...but what I want to stand out is the AMAZING customer service that they have, with Arjun in particular. They make you feel safe and calm, as if you had an internal development team in your company.

Arjun was excellent in helping us move the placement of the review stars on our site.

This app is essential to our social media presence and saves so much time. We have already received quite a bit of user generated content that has translated into even more sales. I wish we had started using it much sooner. The support is great, if you have a problem, they will solve it.

takes forever to load every change. ive installed and nothings showing up on my website, just slowing my website down likes it trying to load it but cant. super upsetting. edit: its added now but still wont load, i see the empty space where its trying to load it, but it wont load in. taking forever to make any updates. uninstalled. terrible app, just because it takes ages to load, never loaded. finding an alternative.

Great app. Very easy to work and figure out within minutes. The best part is the customer service. Almost immediate responses and help, along with friendly. Highly suggested! Adding to this: Changed my theme and wanted a specific look for part of this app. The request is something usually done by a web developed. But the customer service helped make my vision a reality. We've been using stamped for over 5 years and it's so simple to use, we've been able to collect thousands of reviews smoothly and best of all, their customer service is sooo responsive, something that is rare these days! Really recommend them!

paid for the upgraded plan and received zero support. I have emailed ten times and all I get is canned response. No onboarding what so ever. Definitively a waste of time and money. No phone either!

Great app. Also, very good customer support.

Zero stars. Hard to use and navigate. Won't input into website. Keeps give error codes.

We had an issue with reviews not showing on homepage. Wrote customer service and Arjun solved the issue quickly. These guys are great!

This is the worst app developer we work with. The app is extremely slow, they don't do what they promise, the service is zero. We very much regret installing this app.

The reviews did not display properly at first, now it is causing pages with broken javascript, reaching out the support although responded quickly at first, still no solution yet

The system stopped working completely and we've had to manually input points for customers. Customers were leaving reviews and the reviews weren't being registered. Customers weren't getting their points. We've been having this issue for almost 2 months now and the fix is taking too long. Their app takes way too long to load. Talking 2-5 minutes of sitting waiting for the screen to load.
