Great app to allow users ask a question. Also very helpful support with quick responses. Would recommend!

Great customer service! Hopefully they can create a fix for questions submitted by bots, if they did, that would be amazing. In the meantime if you have bots spam you with questions, contact customer service and they will delete those for you.

We've used this app for a couple years and its been very helpful in giving our customers a place where they can ask questions and we can easily post the answers to the product pages. This has lowered our Customer Service workload over time. We appreciated that the app's support team helped us export the Q&A data - which has helped us do some deeper analysis.

This is a really good app, especially when you have a FAQs page where you don't have all questions answered and you don't have a live chat where people can chat in. It's been somewhere between a good "Reviews" app and a FAQs app for us.

I do not add many applications to my Shopify template due to slowing down my load time but this application is worth the load time and customer support is excellent.

I installed the app and was having problems with it displaying. I emailed customer service and the problem was fixed expeditiously. Thank you Milan
