good customer service from the support team and easy to use interface & integration

Lynne quickly answered my query and explained things so easily. Loved the visual aids! Now I can create coupons confidently.

Onboarding was a bit of a challenge at first but due to the excellent assistance from Angie, Shelby and the rest of the team we are up and running. Looking forward to the results!

Lisa provided fantastic service, helping me add the Smile app to my updated theme. A lot of my customers enjoy using the Smile app. It is simple and easy to use.

We are still discovering the app but what we can already say is that the team is really amazing! A huge thanks to Hannah and Cole, they took the time to understand our requests and come back with clever solutions. Well done guys!

Hello, we are using the Smile rewards app as Shopify's main reward app. We used the free plan, but happily, we have grown to the point where we can now use Smile's paid plan. In the meantime, I had some difficulties, and when I contacted the CS center here, they handled the matter very quickly and kindly. When using an app, the price and features when you first open it is important, but I think what is most important is how professionally they provide help when difficulties arise. Lynn P. who handled it for me. She was professional and so lovely. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude. Thank you!

As always Smile is amazing to work with. Joshua was kind, helpful, professional, and extremely personable. Felt like I was hitting up a buddy for some help and he was more than happy to do all he could. Our customers love our rewards system but I love working with companies who take care of their customers and Smile is definitely that. 2023 Update: Smile is still out here killin' it. Angie helped pull manual reports for us on a weekly basis over a 9-week program we ran. The team truly goes above and beyond - thank you Angie!
