Great app and quick customer service.

Great App! Love that it has a basic free forever package. I like that I can customize the look of the quick view page, and it helps to make shopping on our store easier and faster. There are some minor alignment issues with the quick view button, but other than that its great.

Thank you to team of quickview. I am especially greatly to you guys for helping newbies like me and extending your service to zero knowledge about css/html etc to us so that our website could look more professional and easier for customer to shop. It saved me a lot of research work to learn how to input the codes. Even up till now i still coudnt grasp the basic. I wouldnt have a chance to have it on my web if its not now being offered complimentary. I couldnt thank you enough

Easy to use and it works like a charm! Currently using free version and it's performs just great

The app is easy to install and to customise, and my customers are satisfied with this quick view option. However, the quick view does not work on the mobile version of my store (I tried it with phones working with Android and IOS), that's the only negative point I have. Other than that, I highly recommend the app as it can really help in increasing your store's conversion rate.

Edited review: After quite some time, we did manage to get back in touch and make the needed adjustments to our page. Thank you for your resolution. We have had this app installed for a while now and we are having alignment issues on the site. The "quick view" buttons are not properly aligned on the photos. I have emailed customer service several times and have NEVER gotten so much as a single response. While the product seems like a great idea, there is literally NO customer service.

I really love this app ! very usefull, once installed you can't go back, really easy to use.

Only applied the "quick view" option to the first three items of any given page.

This is a good almost free app. I don't quite consider an app to be free if there is branding. As far as functionality, though, it operates well. It did not work out of the box. I had to contact support to get the free features to work correctly. At first, they refused to help make their free app work. Upon complaining about this being bad customer service, they then offered to fix half of the issue if we gave them access. I then asked to be told how to do it and I would implement it myself. They did give me enough information that I was able to find it and fix. It works beautifully now. The app is solid and sorta free. Customer service is quick and responsive, but does leave some to be desired. I imagine they are great if you pay for the add-ons or to have their branding removed.

I don't spend a lot of time writing reviews of apps, but Louis Tong of Secomapp provides absolutely incredible customer service. When you ask a question he never says he will see what he can do, He always says he will fix the issue and he always does. If only the rest of the software world could have this type of work ethic.
