Fantastic app, easy to install and intuitive, simple even for those who are not in the sector. Their after sales customer assistance is commendable. We had an issue with coding and Helen and team was very gracious in providing assistance and making sure the problem was resolved and no further concerns have occurred.

I would definitely recommend this app - our homeware store has over 2000 products across many types and vendors, so it's become an essential part of our site's UI - allowing customers to quickly hone in on what they're after. It stopped working briefly recently and I soon remembered how crucial it was with only the standard Shopify search to rely on. Fortunately the Globo support team responded immediately and they quickly ensured we were back up and running. Thanks to Helen from the team for following up and making sure everything was 100%.

Great customer service. I ran into and issue and this was resolved by the team within a matter of hours. They even showed me how to resolve any further issues on my request. The features in the app are very simple to understand and configure. Hats of to the developer and support team.

The support team is the best I have experienced in a long time! They were very fast to fix the issues I had.

It's comprehensive - does what it supposed to do. It allows us to simplify our navigation menu by including all necessary user choices in the filters - which can be sliced and diced, so to speak, as however necessary. Additionally, the support has been unfailing and ongoing.

We are still in the trial period of the app but its safe to say that we'll be going ahead with the paid version. It works exactly like we want it to, although its frustrating that this basic functionality isn't a standard Shopify feature. The support for this app has been fantastic - Helen got back to me really quickly, and got the app working perfectly. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking for an effective filter and search option.

I've swapped themes a few times and every time the filtering system is different. With this app it's an easy transition from theme to theme without having to redo how you filter The support is awesome too - I had one theme where it was not integrated and they integrated it for me Highly recommend this app!

Really nice filter menu that's snappy and customizable. And the customer service in terms of helping implement and adapt to your theme is top notch. Update: taking one star off because I've had an issue where suddenly my collections broke and I had to disable the app entirely to keep my website functional. Looking around at alternative options, this app may still be the best option, but I will update if the issue is fixed or if I end up switching to a different app. Update 2: adding a star back because they did fix the above issue reasonably fast, and the service for customization has been very good. It's not a perfect app, I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, but despite the big hiccup, it's the best I've been able to find.
