Great App and even better support team

So far seems good. Recommend their product filter and search abilities.

App works as expected, and the team has been super responsive when I requested a few changes. Helen always gets back to me quickly, and they have been able to meet any requests I've had in the 3 or so years we've been using this app!

A great app that is user friendly and an essential part of our website for a VERY reasonable price. The customer care team have been extremely helpful, I have specifically been dealing with Helen who has been able to assist with any needs in a very short timeframe. :)

This app is extremely powerful, and Helen from support has gone absolutely above and beyond to help me with customising the app to meet my needs. I cannot recommend the Globo suite enough!

Fantastic app. Took a bit to get the hang of it and they adjusted it to suit my needs but got there in the end. Helen & David helped tremendously. I have since gone from just having the smart product filter to the mega menu add on as well.

Great product with great customer support

Really happy with this app. I tried probably 4 or 5 different ones. Also very suprised and happy with the level of support. Have had 2 small issues arise and the Globo team was able to fix them both in less than a day. I definitely recommend this app for your website.

This is the perfect app for those for whom Shopify's standard filters are not quite enough. The filtering function is very clear and easy to use. I had a conflict with another app in my environment, but the support for resolving the issue was responsive and thorough. I think the price is appropriate and will continue to use it. I look forward to updates. This is a great app for shops with a large number of products and where it is important for customers to narrow down their product range. And the support is excellent. They have been quick to respond to customisations. The support team helped me when I need. I really appreciate Helen and David for their help. The application is good but if you have a lot of products it takes some time to update, and sometimes you should refresh manually.

I just started with the payment plan but the assistance from Helen was supreme!! super fast and exactly what i needed. Thanks and looking forward for the next months to come to check the performance of the app.

Excellent app with a lot of customizations. Special mention to Helen and the other team members in the support who were very responsive in addressing numerous requests raised over time. Only downside is it starts getting a bit expensive with more products but other than that it has been fantastic.

The app provides a lot of functionality and customizability that is otherwise lacking in shopify, and works very well with shopifys own themes, which is awesome. The support team is also quick to respond and help out with issues, which I really appreciate.
