I used the app to deliver a package and I loved it because the route was automatically based upon the delivery address used with the purchase.

I miss seeing the amount to be paid, and an option to mark as paid when doing the delivery. Further, I like the app very much

It works - it's nice to let customers pick local delivery online and the radius limit is key. However, I do greatly wish we were able to select from ALL orders in making a delivery list instead of ONLY those who selected local delivery. Not being able to makes that feature basically useless for us.

When some orders cannot be delivered, and are later removed from the route. There is no way to mark the delivery list as complete. It stays in progress forever with no way to mark it otherwise.

UPDATED Jan 2021. We REALLY need to be able to manually add orders / addresses. If a customer changes their mind about shipping method or if we take telephone orders its not possible to include in the route I asked for this in the summer last year when it was launched and most of the comments here are asking for this. Please can it be included? Summer 2020 Love this app. Much more efficient than what we used to do. Would be great if app could also output a pick list for the driver/picker to collate the orders.

A big part of our business is local deliveries so we were thrilled when Shopify added that functionality, but it's coming up short for a few reasons. 1) i need to be able to charge different rates for different zip codes. As a result, we only use the Shopify Local Delivery functionality for the 3 closest zip codes and I use a different app to differentiate rates for other zip codes. 2) the app needs to allow me to manually tag an order as a local delivery. As a result of weakness #1, not all my local orders appear in the app so it's mostly useless. 3) I need to be able to manually import addresses/spreadsheets. we work with a lot of large bulk orders where folks want to send 20 gifts to 20 addresses and these are not entered as separate orders in shopify.

I am very impressed by the APP. The UI design is quite basic but all the functions are great.recommend

I really like the app and it is very useful for a small business like mine. But a few key features are still missing: 1. the possibility to manually add other addresses to the shipping route. 2. the possibility to change other orders to the local deliveries. 3. the possibility to add a picture confirmation to delivered orders 4. a shortcut on the Shopify sidebar menu

Its good but i think it need some updates. Like the one that you can change to local delivery some shippings. And viceversa. Also to have different users for delivery cars where you can asign routes. Another one is that in the radius cover some zip codes are not abvailable to buy local delivery. Maybe if you can manually add those ones with the error will be great.

It’s good functional app but still lacks in some features and Has certain limitations. *My delivery range is 500km radius, which the app doesn’t support. So I can’t add all the deliveries to routes * pick-up reduces my costs. An option to give pickup orders overall percentage discount or tiered discount * delivery times for driver can range from 5 mins to 30 mins. Max is only set at 7 mins at the moment *time slots for pick up and deliveries should be added *Scheduling for up to 2 weeks in advance, should be added Overall a good basic app

Dev said there would be features added in the coming week and were are months in with nothing added that would help small local businesses. July 2, 2020 Tejas We are working on adding support for multiple delivery zones and look forward to making the app more useful to you in the coming weeks. A reply from a dev back in july saying local delivery zones would be added which is something local businesses need to expand further to deliver further out but we cant.

I really like this app, very useful for my company when making deliveries I kind of wish that there was live tracking but overall very good app by shopify!

This app helps me route and complete my local deliveries around Winnipeg. I was honestly not going to download it at first because of the negative reviews but now that I've been using the app I don't understand why it has so many bad reviews. It's literally such a good app. It's so simple to use and set up. It integrates perfectly with iPhones. The set up is minimal. The only thing that isn't great is that you can't add addresses yet that haven't bought and selected local delivery, which is why I gave it a 4 star. But literally other than not having that one feature yet it is such a good app. Highly recommend especially for people just starting their online business and offering local delivery

Well, I really liked the app and I'd loooove to use it but unfortunately it does not work for any items that are subscriptions, I cant think of a good reason why but there you go. Even if one single item in your cart is a subscription item and the rest aren't it still will not work. So farm CSA's, recurring orders etc are out of luck.

I personally love this app. I recently switched from another website hosting provider to shopify and shopify offers a lot of tools, support and resources to help make your order fulfilment smooth and organize. Highly Recommend this app if you offer local delivery.

The app looks good and is easy to set up. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work for Puerto Rico addresses. I contacted support but they didn't seem willing to escalate to the dev team. Will be checking for future updates!

I' would like to add also classic delivery just to plan all the delivery ............................

I was disappointed with the app as it does not have 2 key features: 1 - The ability to add additional stops. 2 - The limitation to only select "Local Delivery" orders. Functionality could be greatly improved by addressing these 2 issues.

I used Shopify Local Delivery in combination with the new Shopify POS 2020 that I installed at each of the locations I created in our online store. I use POS as an order dispatch system to display Local delivery and Store pickup online orders at each different location that hold our stock were the drivers associated with each of my locations access the app through POS to create a delivery lists for the Local Delivery Orders for that location . The only thing that would make it perfect would be the ability to lock the location in the app to the location associated with each POS location that I have.

I am about to use the app for the first time tomorrow, and it looks like it plotted out a good route for me. The map is clear and makes good sense. One distinct disadvantage, however, is I have several other stops to make that aren't deliveries through my orders, and I'm not able to add additional stops. I have one customer that made a mistake with the delivery selection, and this will be a local delivery, but I also can't add certain order numbers. I would like more flexibility with how I add stops.

This app checks all the right boxes for our business! We need the capability to create multiple delivery zones that we deliver to each day of the week. We offer free delivery over certain amount, but would be nice to charge for local delivery under that amount instead of simply shipping courier with all those orders. Will give this app a 5 star later, but for now 1 star as it needs some extra capabilities for us. Have reached out to shopify and will see if they get back with solutions for our business. Edit 1. So far working great! Do have an issue with verifying addresses. Would be nice to verify them in the delivery list. Edit 2. Its October now an basically nothing has changed on this app. Very disappointing! I was hoping this app would solve a lot of our fulfillment and delivery problems but so far it doesn't function for us.

Everything is working great with this app, only wish you that after you mark an order as ready for delivery, it will automatically be added to a list on the mobile app. Also wish there's a shortcut on the Shopify sidebar menu, instead of keep looking for it in the apps every time you want to make a route. Still do love this app and will continue to use it.

I started using this app instead of Circuit route planner, it does essentially the same thing but it's integrated in shopify which is great, no switching back and forth - or adding extensive notes to circuit. (although some functionality is lacking from the Shopify side) I'm saving 80$US a month per driver by using this app - good for costs although some functionality is lacking, such as delivery confirmation with a picture, signature or client confirmation it was received. Would be great if this feature would be available and attached to the order for future reference. - this is one of the reasons we started with Circuit - picture confirmation of delivery similar to Amazon. About 70% of our clients are returning clients so we know their delivery preferences this is why we were confortable to swith to shopify's deliver app. - but delivery picture or signature confirmation is great to build confidence with new clients. Bulk editing should be available for local delivery - I have to individually set the orders to "ready to deliver".
