Ship Rocket is so far the most convenient and reliable shipping service we have came across. We got the most competitive rates in the market without any minimum commitments, automated shipping labels and invoices, no hidden costs, no need to calculate any fuel surcharge or taxes. Most of our shipments are international and Mr. Alok Tiwari has always been there to help and support us and always does more than what his job requires him to do, be it helping out on holidays or late at nights. Our shipping quantities are not that huge so far but we still get excellent support. We did had some minor issues every now and then when we just joined them but the team took good care of it and resolved it. We highly recommend their services for any small and mid sized ecommerce business.

I previously had a bad experience, and upon expressing my concerns, Muhammad from the escalation team ensured everything flowed smoothly. He helped me out with the KYC process, shipment delays, everything. Shiprocket is a very easy to use platform for shopify store owners in India, it's really convenient and user friendly.

Updated Review: Total 3 weight discrepancies were raised and 2 of them were resolved. 1 was not handled in proper way and was simply rejected. I would say - give them a try and see but be cautious. Shiprocket has been a boon to the growth of our website. Seamless integration via the shopify app store, a very responsive team for resolving any issues, timely remittances for COD collections, it has been a reliable partner. After researching the market for a good logistics partner and struggling with individual courier companies, we found shiprocket was the easiest and fasted to get started. The sign up process was hassle free and easy.

ShipRocket has really helped me automate our shipping process. Especially the courier recommendation engine, which helps to choose between multiple couriers according to my desired shipping priority. Would highly recommend ShipRocket to any e-commerce business looking for an all-in-one shipping solution.

I use this app to seamlessly integrate across several carriers. I like how easy and straightforward it is. I just wish that it allowed other team members to access it at the same time, instead of being locked to just one user.

Horrible, Worst Logistic App! Basically Cheaters! Don’t go for this app! Worst app on the Shopify platform! They show you the x amount and charge you 3x to 5x times more than that with the name of weight discrepancy, at the time of top-up/recharge for next shipping. They know you have orders lineup - waiting to be shipped, so they just take advantage of that. Pickup service is poor, it takes 3-5 days for some orders! Customer support is horrible too they don’t reply most of the time and when they reply they don’t support. They are just making short-term money, they don’t care once they are on board and you start paying a monthly fee. We wonder, How long they can run business with this model of cheating and short-term revenue gain! Highly Unprofessional. Don’t go for this app!

We are using Shiprocket for shipping partner of our shopify store. They customer service responsiveness and rates are good. Plaban Roy from shiprocket is our account manager is taking responsibility to solve our every problem. Main issue from their side is Delhivery courier's wrong weight discrepancies. I will update this review to 5 stars once all my money blocked with delhivery charges get back to my account. Thank you

Not impressed with the customer service or rather lack of it. Also, the robotic answers that the customer care executives give to every query is hardly helpful. They are never inclined to solve any problems and half their shipping partners are not even available regularly. Also, they charge arbitrary amount & the rates through surface transport are very expensive.Not worth partnering with them at all!

Integration with ShipRocket has helped us with its complete hassle-free service. We highly recommend it.

App and service is really good. Only problem is the communication regarding services available under each plan, Always get things in written, their team tell you something and then deliver something else. Service is good, so you want to stick to them despite the blunder in commitments made.

We use shiprocket for almost all our shipping needs. The automatuc integration with Shopify makes using it just seamless. Also like them for their lower that usual shipping charges.

I am using Shiprocket from last 1 year and would like to share my overall experience with you guys. Below are the Pros and Cons of using Shiprocket App with my Shopify Store: Pros: Seamless Integration with my website with great UI and features. Multiple Courier partners at one place. Lower Shipping Rates. No Manual courier Management. International Shipping with tracking features like Domestic shipping. Detailed Reporting feature. Cons: Support is not up to the mark. Sometimes, technical issues arises. But sometimes. Sometimes Delay in courier Pickup and delivery. Well this case is not there with their Fedex and Bluedart partners. Well, I am giving them 4 stars here because they have solved the real problem of logistics in eCommerce with the amazing product they have. I completely understand that in service industry, it is hard to get full satisfaction in terms of support.

I was completely new to EComm and Shiprocket has really made it easy for me as it saves me the hassle of running behind the courier agencies. I have all the details in one place, rates, and the pick up is generally quite hassle free with the proper info shared which is very important to run your business. I'm happy to have partnered with Shiprocket!

Works well for us to get a view of the rates across various providers and decide on which one to use for which shipment - support could have been better and should be more responsive and available round the clock as we work and are available round the clock for our customers !

Very happy with the service they provide. Especially the Cash on Delivery service . They cover the maximum possible pin-codes with express shipping.

Shiprocket is easy to use and syncs well with shopify store. I would recommend shiprocket as a logistics partner.

WORST LOGISTIC SERVICE! If you want to maintain good brand value, never install their app. Their dashboard doesn't sync with Shopify correctly. Paid orders are marked as COD and then you have to put in a request to them to change it which takes somewhere around 5 days to resolve.

Wonderful Service. Awesome Customer Support. The best thing i like about this App is that it automatically pulls up order from shopify and ready to process, so you don't have to create excel sheets and hire staff worth 20-30K /month salary. I pay just 2000 per month and get value much above than that. Its not just an app, i will say its an investment you make which can grow your business in the upward direction. Mutiple courier companies to choose from, all on a single platform. Thank you guys for your support.
