Very good App for small business and very clear, I Tried few application but finally I'm going to stay on

I will use this app to provide tracking info for my customers. The set up was pretty easy but I wish I wasn't having so much trouble submitting this review.

So far so good. This app really does work well with the tracking. Needs a few tweaks that i hope will be adjusted. All in all, thank you

really good app for tracking maybe a bit hard to use it at first. You can have custom tracking page with your logo

I used this app to help me track my shipments that weren't getting shipped it was an awesome way of doing that. I didn't enjoy how complex it was

This app provides an order look up page. Other apps do not offer this. I recommend this to anyone that is in need of a tracking page on their store

i just installed the app and it already seems to be a good one. Not sure that I'm gonna still having it for free but it deserves the price

So far it's easy enough to use for my new store, for us the non invasive design is a great plus.

Amazing app, above all if you are a dropshipper. With this app you can hide where the package comes from, edit the different stages with your own information and send emails to the customers in specific stages of the shipping. The support is amazing and everything works very well. I've tested many tracking apps and this one is the best.

I recomend this app cause is free and you get good results. Customers can track their products with out any dificulty

Looks a little confusing to use but It was actually easier then I thought. Easy to navigate and easy to setup.

UPDATE I've been using the app for over a year and support was always responsive and efficient. However recently some bugs appeared and I had trouble getting a reply from the developer for quite some time. They eventually made contact and fixed the bug, so everything is working fine again now. I home it stays that way and I don't have to find another app to replace this one.

Best tracking app for your website, really simple and easy to install, the price is very low to compare at other apps..

This makes it all very nice to track and manage what notifications the customer is receiving. Love that it is all in one place!

it is easy to set up and is super complete. The customer is aware of the follow-up of his order at each stage. A first email is sent to him with a tracking number from which he can follow the progress of his order on the site. It is also automatically informed by email at each stage of the delivery process, which avoids doing it manually.

Shipway makes order tracking really easy !! Its a must have app for all shopify stores out there ! :)
