This is one of the best all in one shipping, local delivery and pick up app there is on Shopify! Help is amazing, they have helped with me with so much getting the delivery options I wanted and it's now perfect to what I needed. It actually has so many options for customers and the admin to edit dates, CSS, item customisation. Definately worth the money!

I can not speak more highly of the customer service that I received. I messaged them through chat, and within a few hours everything was set up and ready to go. It completely solves our issue of differing shipping rates within the UK, and thus far is the ideal solution. Highly recommend.

And in addition to that I had another issue in which shopify was helping with, which we were unable to resolve. This is the best app. It is actually not only about the app itself. App functionally is quite high compare to others ( I used other 2 apps for same purpose), but the customer support is really impressive. Highly recommended. You can customize this to anything you need.

Sid and team were very responsive with every queries I had. They took initiative to do a zoom call to understand the requirements. I used this App to setup the free shipping rates in different regions. The customer service is great and responsible to help me fix the issues during the setup.

Had a few hiccups on our end with Shopify CCS not being enabled. The support team helped us through the process and was spot on! In the UK I wanted to have different shipping zones for particular items. We needed a solution that Postcodes could be enabled for tagged products? This was the only soultion when searching all day for the perfect app!

Truth be told about the app and the guys behind this app. I would rate them a handsome 10 on 5. They are simply outstanding. From taking extensive time out, to customising the product to my needs, and mulitple video calls and explanatory videos takes me to rate them a handsomely. I just cannot stop raving about the timely assistance and guidance they have provided along the way in setting this up as per my requirements. They are really at a different level. Will recommend them over and over and over again.

I wish I had found this app when I first moved to Shopify and lost our functionality to add shipping rates by postcode that we had in Wix. I was in a rush to implement this app prior to moving to a new warehouse, and Sid was amazing on the help chat, and scheduled a call to go through my shipping needs. He even talked through possible scenarios to look out for with the way I had set up the shipping rates. Fantastic support, an awesome app and I am one very grateful customer.

This app is great, it does what I need it to do and it's easy to use. The support on this app is awesome, they helped me set up the app on my store and helped troubleshoot any issues I ran into.

I tried a few apps before this one. They were all the same. They did not have the level of customisation that I required. With this, I can have multiple local delivery options for the same location - turn off delivery windows at different times. We found this app after trying all of the others and nothing was as flexible as this one. We needed a lot of different options with zones, delivery dates, and options. This app is the only one to satisfy all of our needs. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Sid provides the absolute best support I've ever experienced with an app and he should be commended. Because this app is so flexible and fits nearly ANY need, and because of the incredible support they offer, we will continue to use it and recommend it. If you are looking for a solution to fit your needs, then please give this one a try and work with them.

We needed an app that provided us the flexibility to show shipping surcharges for specific ZIP codes only, while every other ZIP in the USA had free shipping. This app gave us this ability, unlike a previous app we were using. On top of that, Sid, the developed took time out for a video call to walk us through the setup and explain all the fantastic features. I highly recommend this app if you need a shipping app that provides flexibility.
