There was a badge not working properly (custom text wasn't changing and kept showing default). I contacted support and they fixed it right away. The team here really wants to make this app work for everyone and it's nice to have that. 5 star for great and fast service!

The Product selection for Badges doesn't work properly, it puts badges on products you did not select. This is basic functionality and should not need costumer support in order to work properly.

Great App. Had a few issues at the start as I was just learning the app and customer service was Awesome quick and easy one of the best customer service supports in all of the apps I have

I tried 3 apps before this one. Those 3 were terrible. With this app, I set up 2 badges in 5 minutes. It has tons of pre-made badges to choose from. Needed help with sizing because adjusting size didn't work on a few products (cache issue probably). The support person was available on a Sunday and he wrote some CSS code to fix the sizing. Great app.

Very useful app with free features that are enough for our needs. Live support is very helpful as well, helping me to rectify an issue efficiently. Overall a great app to recommend!
