Solid app that has been reliable for years. Tech support is reasonable, they usually respond in less than 24 hours. Keep up the good work! ***UPDATE 7/15/24*** Julia recently helped me with a currency issue. Awesome customer support. The team at Searchanise is always quick to help and make tweaks to the app to improve the performance.

We have been using Searchanise on our website for a few months now. It has worked great and help is always available to you. We needed some assistance with settings and they were very quick to help. After a few months we had some questions and received prompt, helpful replies in less than an hour. We could not be happier with making the choice to use this APP.

Searchanise team was extremely supportive on the setup process. They fixed any issues in a reasonable time and also customized according to my store theme. They have offered all these in my trial period. I am looking forward to working with them for a long term.

Searchanise gave us everything our old search app was missing, and for a great price. The few customizations we couldn't accomplish through the app were handled by the support team. Great communication and turn around time. Highly recommended!

I like the app but the support is horrible. I am getting no response since almost two weeks now and the setup is not even finished. Time to look for an alternative I guess.

thought this was a pretty decent app, until i realized that the search is leaving out half my products. when i search frying pan, and it doesnt show fry pan, that is rough

Love having the ability to customize my filters. Support staff is very patient and helpful. Wish there were more indepth / video tutorials on how to use the features.

This app matched our needs and the support team did his best to adapt to our custom code and specific demands. Thank you ! The predictive search would still need some progress with Japanese but it's the case with all the app and Searchanise is the best one we tested.

this is one of the best apps must have if you have a lot products to sell. make customer easy to filter products.

Love this app. Voice search option, custom filters based on Tags, a beautify collection page are some of the reasons to use it.

Great app overall with many functions my theme is missing. Swift and very helpful customer service who can help with anything from setting up the app to custom solutions.

I had a small issue to fix but the support team were highly responsive, helpful, and fixed the issue promptly. Recommend.

If you want a collection search filter do not use this app. It replaced your collection search with its own app, and you cannot change anything about it. You get stuck with small text, 3 columns, and a terrible mobile layout. If you are looking for collection search filters, find another app.

The search engine is extremely fast and accurate, while the backend settings are intuitive enough to be used by non-dev users. A world of possibilities is opening to index your website content with a top level quality App and Team!

In theory, I like this search quite a bit, but with nearly 1000 products already on site, it's hard to go and create new tags and also create new filters. Really wish filters could be re-ordered, or if they can, make it more intuitive. We will continue to test it and write a revised review once fully implemented.
