Great customer service. The developer fixes issues app has with my old site.

It messed up my website by constantly refreshing, causing me to lose many customers. I removed the app from my store, and everything returned to normal. When I tried to reinstall it to see if it would work, it asked me to buy another membership. I had a one-year membership, and these guys say if I remove the app, they can't refund or reinstate the membership I fully paid for. Don't trust the high reviews; I believe most of them are fake. I will contact Shopify to get my money back

Recently upgraded to the premium version of the app, still very good value for money and the features are more comprehensive than the alternatives we have tried. The support has always been excellent, we have had numerous special requests and they have all been resolved within 24 hours. Great support, thank you.

Sami Product Labels has amazing customer support. Twice in the last 45 days, I've had to reach out to them with a particular issue, and both times, they had the issue resolved in around 30 minutes. First Class Support! I love the app, too, as it has so much flexibility and definitely helps increase our conversion rate. I've using the app for a while customer support has been amazing! Super speedy and resolved the issue onsite within an hour. They have made some changes to pricing since we started using it which means we don't have all the functions it did when we started but it still meets our needs and they are very helpful.

Ease of use and design makes this app superior to others available on app store. Support is awesome and great with custom requests specific to our site.
