The checkbox design changes every time to the customer. Sometimes it's a pop up sometimes it's a legend next to the checkout button. How can a choose a design to stay like that without changing every time?

Very easy to set up. No extra steps are required, ie adding code into your theme. As soon as you enable the checkbox shows right away.

It worked great, also on the dynamic cart. This point is really important since the 'proper' cart page can be circumvented by the dynamic cart page, in which case the customers did not have to agree to the terms and conditions in the checkout process.. Thank you!!!
