I've used the service agents twice, the first time upon setting the app up and again whilst using the app. Both times the agents have been very helpful and have done everything the could do to solve the issues. My 2nd issue was unable to be resolved, however I do believe they will probably develop a solution. Even though my issue wasn't resolved, I'm still very happy with the app and how easy it is to use.

great customer service . responds promptly and addresses all questions

The Button was not showing up on my end (2.0 theme version) and the online chat agent Mariadel was a tremendous help and the button is now showing up on all my products. Now all I have to do is customize to suite my needs! Thank You Mariadel!!!

I would recommend this app for anyone that has a store with products that requires a "Request Quote" function. It is very simple to use, the online support is amazing, and they are very quick to respond. Thank you!

Excellent quick and easy install. Functions well. Greater starter while we build up our business. Plan to code our own into theme into future but will use for a long time.

Having some minor issues ('add to cart' button still showing). Chat has been helpful and has escalated it to the dev team. We shall wait and see if this can be resolved.
