the app is useful for products which need to be customized and do not have fixed pricing. the globo team is very helpful and responsive. they managed to resolve a few of my issues within 24hrs

This app works very well for us. We had an issue because we have variants/custom products but their customer support was excellent and fixed it and made it work for us very quickly.

Good app - didn't automatically do what it was supposed to do but customer support (led by Emma) was very prompt and helpful. A bit of back and forth and it's working perfectly now. I've been using this App to help drive enquiries for our Non-ecommerce enabled store, and it's worked perfectly. Functionality and customisability (both back and front end) are fantastic, the price is very reasonable for what it does, and THE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AMAZING. The team were so quick to respond (all throughout Christmas and New Years), had a thorough understanding of my problems and of how they can solve them. I'm deploying this on another store currently. If you are using the Bold Options App, then be sure to use the G:Request a Quote + Hide Price App. I installed other apps, but not get them to work with Bold Options. If this app doesn't work for you, be sure to contact tech support. The app didn't work for me initially, so I contacted tech support. Emma provided me detailed instructions on providing her team access to my store, and they had the issue resolved the following day.
