I run Tie - Fly Clothing & I recently installed and so far so good, business is slow so no reviews yet but installation was fast. Looking forward to updating you on how it works once sales come in. Interface is also easy to use looking forward to gaining a good reputation.

This app looks like exactly what I need. I'm about 7 months into my journey into ecommerce and it has been quite a bumpy, eventful and learning experience already. But, I am enjoying it all and this app will make the most of the customers I receive which will help build my brands' trustability with new customers. :)

I just downloaded this app this morning but so far very good. I love its simplicity for installation and from what it looks like it has a great concept. Additionally, the customer service is one of the best. I had a question this morning and they solved it almost immediately. Very good experience so far and hopefully it can encourage future customers to leave a review of mi site. As a new retailer, a lack of reviews seems to be a big problem for me acquiring new customers. I mean I have had a few sales but people seem to search for reviews before they make a purchase and they end up leaving my site. I hope to some day resolve that issue with this app, which I know it will do the trick in time (it takes time to accumulate reviews) as most consumers do not leave a review but this app encourages them to do so. So far the app works great. It flagged a 3-star review and allowed me to answer privately which helped us win over the customer through a more thorough explanation. I recommend this app.

I love the app. It's easy to configure, sends out an automatic email to the customers for the reviews. We have been getting a lot of great reviews. It would have been great if there was a way to disable review emails for instore purchases or change the text.

Great app and really great support from the Reputon team! I had an issue with my two Shopify accounts and they sorted it for me.

We are using this app for barely a month but so far we are very happy . The only thing that is missing is a break down of the customers to who the email was sent . Otherwise the app id very straightforward and user friendly .

Great app, A must have for anyone looking to increase their TrustPilot rating. Got over 200 5 star reviews within 24hrs and was able to deal with any customers who received a negative experience who slipped through the net. Even better it's FREE however would definitely pay for a premium version with more features. P.S - One feature I would like is when someone fills out the negative review feedback form it sends the form to our CRM software from a Reputon email address would be great if it could come from the customer but not sure if that's even possible lol, it would just help our team with faster responses instead of copying and pasting the email ( Maybe an integration with Gorgias? and similar ) All round 5 Stars *****

This app is really fantastic. What a simple way to help boost your online review traffic and build trust. Once the easy setup was complete the app notified some previous customers and new reviews started posting. The app also helps direct less satisfied customers to complete a form that gets directly emailed to you. Cuts down chance of people posting negative reviews. Very happy with this app and would highly recommend.
