I have never encountered a support team as reactive and helpful as these guys. The app does exactly what I want (get visibility of Shopify fees) and Vandana could not have been more helpful or proactive

This app is amazing and the pre-made templates are a lifesaver! Not to mention the support team is very helpful. They even sent me custom reports for our Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts. Five Starsss!!!

Great app, great price. Responsive customer support. Every once in a while, the site takes a while to load because of heavy traffic, but this is not a serious enough issue to remove a star.

This app was recommended to us because we couldn't pull up the proper reports we needed in Shopify. Chan created a custom report for us that is going to save us so much time now. And all on the free version. You can create your own custom reports, and it's easy to use. Highly recommend.

The app its really helpful when you need to look for details in orders and quantity stock. A little bit slow but with patient works. Help Support is nice and efective, always looking for a solution.

Great App! The team is amazing at creating custom reports! There isn't a lot of access for supply chain and fulfillment data and this app helps you get the information you need to make decisions! The customer service is outstanding!

This app is fantastic. It is what should already be inside Shopify, but I'm so happy with all of the options!

I have not used this app long but they seem to have all the reports I need. If they don't have what I need, customer service is prompt and will get it done. I cant vouch for any of the paid bundles, I am currently using the free version. Compared to the shopify reports Report Pundit is better, quick, and customizable, with so many more options for reporting.

We've been using Report Pundit for the past couple months to generate specialized reports. Their customer service is fantastic - they've created multiple custom reports for us and we're able to pull all the information we need so far. I don't hesitate in recommending them as a 3rd party app if you need additional reporting functions.

An absolute must to have if you use Shopify. Support is excellent, fast and very accommodating for any custom sales reports you need. The best Shopify app I've used yet. Update, still by far the best app for Shopify for generating any report you can imagine. I can't imagine using Shopify without Report Pundit!

This app can do everything, but there is a steep learning curve. Thankfully their customer support is excellent and will help put together the data you need.

Believe the hype! Fantastic App, Super easy to use and provides really valuable information at an affordable price. Can't recommend enough. Wouldn't be without it. EDIT: Have been using Report Pundit for over 3 years. The support is the best and most consistent I have ever had. There is very little they can't do for you with regards to building custom reports. This is by far the best report app out there! You can literally generate every report you can imagine within just a few seconds. Never had any issues and customer service is incredible!
