Great experience with Refersion over the few years we have used it. Customer service is always quick to respond as well. Shout out to John for being super helpful and responsive!

I am really happy thus far, the support team has been great! Narciso has been so helpful and very proactive.

John was super helpful with helping me make changes to auto approved conversions. He was patient and made sure all of my needs were met!

We've been using Refersion for several years, and we're quite happy with the app. In fact, we switched to CJ about a year ago and never canceled Refersion. I'm glad, because we ended up not loving CJ and now we're going full steam ahead with Refersion. We just upgraded our account to unlock the Amazon Attribution, My Vertical, Gap Analysis, and expanded commission structure features. Andre has been great with onboarding. He's quite responsive and helpful.

I am new to the service, and can't speak to it's function yet, however I just needed to acknowledge how great the customer service has been.

Andrew (and Narciso) were very helpful figuring out an issue with our Recharge integration. It took a bit of back and forth, but they were responsive and informative, and we're pleased that everything is working now!

John is very keen to respond, helpful, and always shares help center articles that are great to have in your back pocket.

I recently faced login issues and contacted Refersion for help. John responded promptly and in a friendly and informative matter. He helped to resolve my issue and we're now fully logged in and set up to start making the most of Refersion. Thanks John!

Andre T was awesome with helping us get set up! The onboarding process has been great and the team at Refersion has walked us through every step. Thankful for the help!

I had a great experience getting onboarded by Eugene. He quickly got everything installed and placed a test order. We have several affiliates that have expressed interest so far. I'm hoping it works out, but time will tell.

We installed this app over 2 weeks ago and ran into a snag on the install. We reached out to their customer support and never heard back. Why would anyone use this app if they have zero support. Very disappointed.
