had a small color issue I couldn't figure out so I contacted customer support which sorted out the issue within minutes very helpful Would recommend !

Best handler (sinchain)! Had a great sense of humor, and assisted me in a timely and good way. 11,5/10. Recomend!

It's really the best application I've ever tried in all Shopify applications, I don't know why I didn't try it before, I felt like I lost a lot and I didn't use this wonderful application, which literally solves all subscription problems, and provides features that other applications do not provide, and to be honest, we don't want We have to pay exorbitant sums for that, and this application has very reasonable prices. As for customer service, it is something beyond the imagination of wonderful capabilities, rapid response, and unlimited support, especially Sinchain, with whom I spoke now on live chat, and he stayed with me for a long time, and he made all the settings and plans for me himself and with ease And speed and very elegant dealings, thank you my friend and I am happy to join your wonderful application, I strongly recommend it to all shop owners who are looking for subscription services.

I would give more stars! Very easy to use app bit as a first timer on Shopify the customer service was something ive never experienced! they logged into my store and customised what I needed and got me started. So quick and easy. Highly recommend.

What got me to write this review is the awesome customer service, but they also have just the right plan for my specific needs and top notch features. You really can't go wrong with these guys.

I am really pleased with the help i got when submitting a query to the chatbot. the agent went above and beyond to help. My only suggestion would be to add that waiting time for response will be longer. even if you put 2 - 3 hours or 4 - 5 hours (rather than 10 minutes), then it manages customer expectations. I haven't seen how it works on auto-order yet but hopefully it is seamless. Really impressed so far though. Thank you Recurpay!

The team has been fantastic and helpful, I required many adjustments as it wasn't your run-of-the-mill subscription, but they made it happen. They were friendly and professional, I would recommend using this app if you plan to sell subscriptions, not only does the app work flawlessly, but it's the support driving behind the app; is what you will appreciate the most. 110% support and satisfaction. The app works perfectly, we couldn't be happier. I completely recommend this app.

We have over 300 accounts that needed to be transferred over from our previous subscription app. Once that was done, everything has gone smoothly minus a couple expected hiccups with orders/accounts. But they were quick, easy fixes. We like that they solely focus on subscriptions and are able to give the attention needed. We are looking forward to working with RecurPay, and continuing to help each other grow!

Updated Review: Thanks for updating the pricing plan description to "Free Plan Available." Updated to 3 Stars now that pricing is more transparent. Prior Review: NOT FREE. It *should* read "free plan available." Not price competitive with other comparable apps once it's not free. Also, it doesn't update with theme updates. And didn't notify me when it fell off. Despite the frustration, I gave the second star because support is super helpful.

Perfect app! And perfect customer service! Sinchain did his very best to help me and it worked! Perfect!! He's the absolute genious and also very friendly! The app itself is super clean, with a clear view on anything that's possible in the app. Will definitely keep using it for my business.

Response was prompt and someone was with me within a minute. Sinchain answered all my questions and fixed up all the minor issues like interface colours to match my website. The app is seamless. It will automatically create the following order and charge the customer shipping on each order. It is also immediately viewable on Shopify orders. The app works like a treat. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend it!
