Recomatic has been extremely easy to use and set up. The support team at Recomatic was able to set up our recommended items seamlessly which allowed the widget to stay within the theme of our store. Customer service has been quick and responsive.

Great app, saves you a ton of time and brings in extra sales. Highly recommended.

After extensively testing most of the extensions on the market for a sophisticated product recommendation framework, this one is by far the best option available out there for Shopify. As the UI/UX Designer for Herschel Supply's two online stores, I have employed the app for almost a year without ever looking back. Its integration is seamless, the analytics reveal heavy customer usage, and the support is just incredible — with Daniel frequently going above and beyond his call of duty. Overall, highly recommended! (Note: For those looking for a responsive solution — although it's not straight out-of-the-box responsive, it can be in minutes with a few additional stylesheet declarations.)

This app is pretty great and the customer support team is outstanding. Maybe the best customer support team I've ever encountered? The greatest custom support: customer support was so quick and responsive and handled my moderately complex request to output tags and product type in the title of this widget so that my product titles looked exactly the way I wanted them to. They wrote me back within 24 hours every single time I wrote them, were courteous and insightful One feature that I'd love to see Recomatic add: product pairings, so that you can specify which products show up when someone is on a product page instead of relying on the algorithm

Great app and does exactly what is expected. We've seen an increase in page views per visit already. Support is very quick and helpful.

It's useful and easy, but I wish there were more ways to view data with it. It shows you very little information.

Works great. Updates when we change product pricing, categories and descriptions are really fast. Great, very responsive support. Wish there was more fine-tuning / individual settings on what products are being recommended / displayed.

Awesome app that makes our customers keep moving through our product offerings. I had a small glitch and they were RIGHT on top of it with support, and actually tweaked the code better than it was originally so that it really fits the feel of our theme. Thank you!

I love that this app pulls various recommendations without me having to select each individual product reco. It is showing relevant related products and I look forward to seeing it work for our shop! I just installed it so I don't have any "results" comments yet, but thanks to Daniel for the quick customizations to fit our shop, and thanks for this great, easy-to-use app!

Hands down THE BEST recommendation app in shopify! The customer service is superb and the app does everything you need. I have 5 stores with shopify and I use recomatic in every one of my store. Bottom line, it works!

Recomatic is no fool. This app is the solution for giving your products exposure to the appropriate audience. The suggestions seem to be spot on and we've seen customers purchase items that come up through recomatic process. Mostly importantly, Daniel has been incredibly responsive and supportive. He helped explain the process of customizing the buttons so they fit our stores aesthetic and he's always prompt in his response. Thanks Daniel! Anyone thinking of the investment: you won't be sorry.

Easy to use and works more intuitively than the related products option within Shopify. They are very timely with support questions as well. Definitely would recommend!

Get this app TODAY! Daniel could not have been more attentive and helpful setting up and installing the app, even going above and beyond to tweak and customize a few things to make it blend in with our clean Shopify “theme.” Plus, he responded to us quickly…even on a Sunday! We have seen an increase in multiple item sales since installing Recomatic, which is what we all want, right? HIGHLY recommend Recomatic! Daniel & his team rock!

We were wary of automation and thought that custom selecting related products would be necessary... but decided to give this a go just in case. How wrong we were, Recomatic does a great job of selecting products that make sense (and saves us a bunch of time in the process). And as other reviewers have mentioned, their customer support is beyond my expectations. Daniel & co. quickly made three modifications to the product to meet our needs. After having investigating all the options for recommended products on Shopify, I can confidently say that this is the best option for ease of installation, time savings, and cost.

LOVE IT! The recommendation engine works perfectly and displays appropriate products. This should help my customers navigate and find what they need. Daniel helped customize the formatting, fonts, and thumbnails so it matched the look of my website. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Literally minutes after leaving the previous review, Daniel e-mailed us making the correction that the powered by link is not forced and can be toggled via settings. Again, great customer support -- HIGHLY recommended!

Awesome App. Highly recommended. Add a problem with search results and with just one email to their support team and it was resolved. Thank you Daniel. And best of all, the price is perfect. We were using a competitor app that cost 6 times more per month and Recomatic is much better in price and features. Again, we highly recommend these guys! Thank you again.

The new Recomatic update rocks! It looks great, works great, and is totally customizable. Recomatic is exactly what my store needed, because there are so many related products, and customers rarely buy just one thing. With the new update, Recomatic knows which related products customers are likely to purchase and displays only those, in a grid (that is totally customizable) at the bottom of the product page and/or cart page. It's been a pleasure dealing with Recomatic - they are highly responsive and have a great attitude. I highly recommend this app, and the price is totally fair.

We've had great experience with the Recomatic App! It has a very handy reporting and analysis tool, offers a high level of style customisation and is very easy to use. Install was great, support is awesome as I have emailed these guys about 6 times and received a reply straight away every time. Some great added features like seasonality are on the way too! Highly recommended
