Superior customer service! Our Shopify theme had a conflict with the announcement banner where it only appeared for a few seconds. It was easy to contact support, so I did while I looked for other apps - but they fixed it quickly (with code)! Not only that, they next followed up to see if I was satisfied. I realized that we had the same issue on mobile, so I notified them and they immediately implemented another fix and now it functions perfectly - this was all on the FREE plan! I am shocked. It's super easy to use and I now I want to see what other apps I can transition to them with their amazing tech support.

If you are looking for a mobile friendly app this is it! Great fast and prompt service. I am currently writing this the night before 4th of July and i got a response within 1 min to trouble shoot app... ALL OTHER APPS for banners on site were buffering on the mobile device . It worked for desktop but had too much code .... the QUICK BANNER app worked seamlessly on both the desktop and mobile 10 Stars
