I absolutely love the QuickSync team! They've been a lifesaver in helping me get my product collection onto my TikTok Shop. It seems like Shopify and TikTok aren't exactly on the best terms, but QuickSync has stepped in and solved the problem for me twice now. For anyone with a large inventory, QuickSync is a game-changer. It makes managing everything on TikTok a breeze. But beyond the functionality, their customer service is truly exceptional. Just getting started on this! The support is top-notch and very quick so that the app is up and running already. Omar on chat support is responsive and clear with communication. Easy to understand and sync my current tiktop shop -- I have already been selling on tiktok shop so I want to only map products. The app is very straight-forward. (Note: I was using another app and have switched to this one.)

Arianne was very helpful in allowing me to connect my tiktok and shopify store.

Every single customer service representative has been incredibly helpful and patient. Plus, the app is great for getting products onto the TikTok marketplace. I'm more impressed with the customer service than anything.

Ok if you are not that Tech savy or have some trouble with linking products and inventory this app is for you. It works amazing. Best of all is the customer support. Everytime I log in to this app I get greeted by a Customer Service Tech. Joseph is one of the best I have ever seen in my life. What ever he is getting paid is not enough. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked for me.
