Great app, really slick and Omar really helpful when have a query.

Unfortunately didnt sync well for tiktok for me to be a customer, prob more tiktok fault however I found both Omar and Joseph a pleasure to work with!

Khaled was very helpful and patient with me as we worked to get my shop up.

Customer service is great! I had a pretty complicated syncing issue that the rep helped me with quickly and was very kind. They also gave me a breakdown of everything they did to help me move forward easily next time I have this issue. Much appreciated!

Joseph is incredibly helpful. I started the process to sync my products at 8:41 and he got the products live by 8:50. He also sent me some more resources on tiktok shop. Insanely helpful and knowledgable. 10/10

So far so good. I had an issue syncing my products to tik tok shop and Elhassan was super helpful!!! He highlighed the issue right away and kept me updated as we completed the sync.
