Excellent app and service. Have just started using it, so haven't used full range of features yet. But my priority was to sync orders paid for via Square back to my Shopify store and that process was incredibly easy - even for a novice like me.

The app is what I was looking for after moving my online shop from Square to Shopify. I still use Square POS for my brick-and-mortar store, so I needed something to sync the inventory between the two. Omar has helped me with some issues I had once It had been set up. It now seems to be working perfectly.

Khaled was excellent. He was patient and kind in walking me through my troubleshooting process. Ends up it was a simple error on my end. Happens to the best of us. I'd recommend him any day of the week! Fantastic customer service skills.

Joseph was very helpful and prompt with assisting me. I had issues that I could not figure out, but he jumped right in, assured me he would take great care of me and did just that! Much appreciated outstanding customer service!

What an INCREDIBLE app! I have been looking for something like this for forever! It is such a game changer and time saver! I would spend hours adding products from Shopify to Square. Once I installed the app, Khaled chatted with me every step of the way. He was super helpful and such an easy process. I made Shopify my main store and Square was secondary. All my items from Shopify were synced on square and the app created the listing for me in Square from Shopify. I didn't have to input any information. I changed some information on Shopify and it automatically updated it on Square. I cannot say enough about this app and am so excited to keep trying it out.
