Thea helped me through all the features of CloverSync, Patiently helping me with all the data sync issues I was facing and clearing my doubts on the go. Excellent service by her and the back end team.

So far this has worked really well for us! Customer service is incredibly fast and very knowledgable.

***** 2nd update ********** This is the 2nd update since the app is back on track and they seems (so far... now 2 weeks without bugs) to have solve the problem once for all. It is always the same thing with those things. They are slave of everything... update by Shopify, update by the browsers, update by Clover etc.. ... So ... so far, they reach the goal and the app is working. Count on me to keep this review up to date if the poop hit the fan again.

Outstanding to understand and resolve, Joseph is truly a 5 star customer service with great knowledge.

I had some issues when I synced Faire with Shopify and then Shopify wouldn't sync with Clover on some items (problem was multiple items with the same SKU. Joseph guided me through getting it going, and was very helpful. Now, it linked my Clover to My Shopify just like I wanted it to do. I used the chat feature and Shea was able to walk it right on through. It was very convenient.

I wanted to write a new review but didn't see the option. I was having some issues today and let me just tell you! Joseph was a lifesaver!! He stayed with me through the whole process and really put my mind at ease when I thought all was lost! Thank you so much Joseph for all your help! I use this app to sync my inventory between Shopify and Clover. I love how it automatically generates SKU numbers but I wish it could place the items into their perspective categories in Clover. Syncing the first time takes a little bit but once you do it the first time it is very fast going forward. Their customer support is absolutely outstanding! I was actually working on my site on Sunday and the same rep that had helped me previously initiated a chat just to let me know she was there and ready to help. I was so grateful for her assistance!!

It seems like a good app, we have everything fetched and transferred to my Shopify store easily. And the customer service is great as well.
