I was overwhlemed with my products not syncing to the pos system in store. Thea for the Sqaure Sync team walked me through and was able to help me with the issues I was having. Still learning the ins and outs of the app but, the quick help from the support team has given be some confidence moving forward. Thank you!

DO NOT use this app if you are bringing your inventory from Square into Shopify, you loose ALL your images! I thought this would be perfect since images don't export with Squares CSV file. This would HAVE been awesome if I could have brought images over. Now I have weeks of adding images one x one, ugh!! FRUSTRATED!!

So far so good! Set up was easy and pretty quick. The few issues/questions I had were quickly resolved via the support chat box. I love it when it's super easy to contact support, and that is definitely the case here! They were super helpful.

Incredible app, there is nothing else like this out there with the functionality and ease to toggle between these two apps. Many of us as merchants use Shopify for online e-commerce, and find themselves liking the functionality of square for trade shows. This has helped merge the gap for us and allow us to keep an accurate inventory without worrying about discrepancies. Would recommend.

Be aware, this app will not populate Square with your products from Shopify unless you upgrade to the $29 plan.

This has been a huge help to me. It's super efficient and the customer service is top notch! Comparable apps give you less for more money with lackluster customer service if any. We love it

We used this app because our shopify POS wasn't working for us. It ended up being a cheaper monthly fee than the POS subscription, and worked exactly as we needed. The only thing we missed was being able to use gift cards across both platforms, adding a way to sync balances would be a total game changer!

Great app integrates your shopify inventory and square sales so you don't have to worry about it. Easy to set up and good value for money!

We use Square Sync to sync our Shopify online store wth our POS system Square retail. It sync's both inventory quantities and product details when we create a new product in Shopify and sell them either online or in store. Square Sync does a great job and we have been using it for 3 months now with only a few minor teething problems. The support from Square Sync has been great. The only thing we would like to see is the Unit Cost price sync.

This App is great, it has made syncing our 3500+ online catalogue to our showroom super easy and ensured when we sold something in store it adjusts the stock out. Not having to enter products manually in to square again is a game changer! We had some minor barcoding issues to sort out and Tony and the team found a solution and made the custom adjustments for us. Love Square Sync!

Square Sync has been a lifesaver! We often run pop up events for our store and this app allows us to sync our Shopify products in real time to our Square device. We no longer have to manually remove products off of the site after an event. Big thank you to Tony who has always responded to our enquiries in a timely manner and with politeness. Hands down the best sync between square and Shopify on the market. Customer service responds within minutes if you have questions. Variants, inventory, images, prices synced flawlessly. I only had one question. If products on sold on square will record on shopify. I was informed it should be available 3rd week of June. Can't wait..

My client was migrating from Square to Shopify and we used the App to first migrate the Square product data over to Shopify. We then used it to keep the Shopify store inventory current as we ran parallel until the Shopify store was live. The customer service is top-notch, which is rare today. We always dealt with one person, so there was always continuity.

I used Square Sync to import and sync my products from my client's Square site over to their new Shopify store. It works seamlessly and support was lightening fast to reply to my question.

We used this app to connect our shopify website with our square POS, for a take out and delivery bar/restaurant. We tried skuIQ first but there app didn't work and nobody would help us. We downloaded this app and although there were a couple issues to sort out at first, their customer service agent was there to fix them and make things work great! He was very helpful in this process and got back to me quickly. If you are looking for a way to sync your businesses inventory between a website and a brick and mortar store.. And if you are using shopify and square POS, I highly recommend this app! Thank you Tony and the Squaresync developers!
