Rojen was very helpful, he answered my questions and let me know the feature I am looking for (back in stock notices through email) is in the works and will be available in the coming weeks. I have installed the app for now and we will see how it goes when I launch in a month and set up some campaigns and back in stock automations. I was trying to schedule pushowl campaign contacted a rep and asked for help because it wasn't working. A young man by the name a Rojen assisted me and it still wasn't working. We scheduled a Google meeting for later that day and hew walked me thru step by step and even assisted me after our Google meeting. He's a keeper Pushowl. Thank you Rojen and Pushowl. I have this service available on one of my other websites and it is great and so is this young man.

incredible app, but what separates this app from others is their staff and team that arent only helpful but they are patient and genuinely seem to care about your business not just getting a monthly subscription. Even years after having the app they are just as helpful, in particular Rojen, Im genuinely shocked by the level or service and help, i have used shopify for 7 years and have never come across someone like him with any shopify app. couldnt recommend this app more and hats off to Rojen, genuniely shocked. Awesome app and awesome staff!

I find the concept of this app intriguing. Starting fresh with it, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could access the business version for free. The support team has been incredibly friendly, efficient, and supportive. I'm thrilled to begin using this app and see where it takes me.

Had a nice chat with the famous Rojen to help me set up PushOwl and get the most out of it. It feels like the team really cares about helping stores grow, and they have a hands-on approach to make that happen. I'm looking forward to use the service (mainly for back-in-stock notifications, but I'll also experiment with regular campaigns). I feel like push notifications will be a nice way to send visitors messages after their visit, so that the money I spent to get that traffic in the first place isn't wasted.

Update 2/23/2024: Customer service was quick to reach out and resolve the issue. Thank you guys. You have a great product. Pl fix this issue for me. *** 7 out of 10 times, when I try to use this app from Shopify Admin page, it says the page is temporarily down.. I like the app, but what's the use if I can't use it when I need it.
