I love ProveSource! After seeing it on another site I frequented, I couldn't wait to add it to mine. I think customers love to see who is buying what & it helps to convert to sales.

I have been trying to find a social proof app on shopify that works well with my site, and also does what I want it to and show what I want it to. This is by far the best social proof app I've found. I love that you can set it up to show exactly what you want, for how long you want, what colors you want, what name you want (if there isn't a name for an order, it generates "a happy customer", but I love that I have to opportunity to change it to "a witch" or "a dark soul" to fit the theme of my store. Overall, really great! Love the analytics and how many clicks and conversions. Highly recommend! :) *Update - I have also had more sales since I've had this app!

I used the most basic feature of this app to show recent sales traffic to our website for the past 10 days. Recent purchase of product x by First Name from City, State. It seems to have increased the level of engagement by potential shoppers. It is still too early to determine the exact impact on sales; but, there is a slight uptick. Hopefully, this may grow over time. You can modify the settings for the notifications - nice feature. It would be cool to have a setting that would pop up and say you are the xxx visitor (minimum value of variable determined by shop owner)in the past x hours (value determined by shop owner). So, for example, the counter would only pop up when you hit 100+ visitors in the past 24 hours. Or similarly, we have x number of shoppers now in the store at this time.

Update as of February 19 2020: downgrading from 2 stars to one star due to Provesource team still refuses to fix the issue and reimburse the difference they charge me. UPDATE as of February 12 2020: After signing up with prove source plan Starter I added the "remove branding name" for additional $9. I did not check to see how much they actually charge me. I found out they charged me for a different plan of $49 for the last 5 months. I made an attempt to contact them but no response so I contacted Shopify and they did not correct the situation they just ignored it. I going to escalate it to Shpify escalation team. as I am certain what plan I chose as I never had this issue with tens of apps that I install on our stores. This is such a great app from a professional company! I used different companies before but this one is far beyond.. it looks way better, it works & function as it supposed to and the customer support was prompt and amazing! I look forward to do more business with them in the future and I absolutely recommend them. Thank you kindly Oren
